Everything was fantastic, especially the beautiful beds ! Super location.....close to all the sights in Passau. The breakfast room is breathtaking ...what a view! Will definitely visit this hotel again.

Excellent location opposite the river, easy access to local transport and within walking distance of all amenities. Breakfast very good and dining really lovely.

The bedroom was quite small and double bed against the wall making it difficult to get out during the night. There was no facilities for getting a hot drink.

Very basic No facilities in room for tea or coffee. Guests over 6'4 will find footboards on bed difficult to deal with

nice breakfast in sixth floor in a charming hall. Location near the center. A surprisingly interesting glass museum in the same building.

We had four rooms. Three bathrooms were OK, my wasn't. There was a bad odor coming out from the sewer. I couldn't move in the claustrofobic shower cabin.

Breakfast with super nice view from the top floor of hotel building. Very polite & friendly hotel staff. Good location, 15mins walking from train station. Good WIFI internet connection.

The very old building is beautiful. It has elevators, so getting luggage to the room is easy. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the view from the beautifully decorated 6th-floor breakfast room is spectacular. Its location, right on the Danube River, where the cruise boats are, is perfect.

Not very much English was spoken, but we got along ok, anyway.

Veronica the desk staff went beyond assisting our needs. Breakfast was sufficient and satisfied the appeitie of an 18 yr. Location on the river and close to town was great.

Other staff not helpful or friendly, didn't try to understand me when I asked to borrow an umbrella. The hotel is old and the room cramped. There were many empty rooms, and ours was back at the end of a corridor next to the fire escape. There were no other guests on our wing. Telephone in room never worked, though they said they were trying to get someone to fix it.

The building, the furniture (its quality and design), the breakfast room :) and the location. It is in the city center, next to the river and many nice restaurants.

Maybe the fact that I didn't have a refrigerator in the room. But anyway, they have drinks at the reception so it is more a comment then a complaint.
