goede accomodatie, schoon en vriendelijk personeel. hotel wordt uitgebreid met extra kamers en faciliteiten. op loop afstand van de ski piste en leuke restaurants. gratis en voldoende parkeermogelijkheden geen ski kluizen/bergruimte aanwezig

mooie ruime kamers, schoon, ruime badkamer, in centrum van Willingen, goed bereikbaar, sportaccomodaties op wandelafstand. Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Helaas geen sneeuw, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen!

Das Beste am Hotel war die Lage wie der Empfang am Abend der Anreise. Beim Fruehstueck mußte um 9.30 Uhr jeden morgen um Körnerbrötchen gebeten werden, welche nur widerwillig besorgt wurden. Der Orangensaft wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Das Servicepersonal am 4.4. morgens mußte 3 !!! mal angesprochen werden, bis der Tisch für 2 Personen vollständig eingedeckt war .War wohl eher eine Aushilfe. Das Zimmermädchen betrat am 4.4. unser Zimmer ohne anzuklopfen und entschuldigt sich nicht einmal dafür. Alles in allem entspricht dieses allenfalls einem 2 Sterne Hotel.

Das Hotel hat keineswegs 4 Sterne verdient. Die Mitarbeiter waren ziemlich desinteressiert. Kaffee musste beim Frühstück eingefordert werden. Abendessen a la Carte war nicht möglich. Das Zimmer waren zwar sauber, aber recht abgewohnt und "in die Jahre gekommen" und sehr klein.
