The staff was courteous and the hotel was comfortable. Their cancellation policy is not good.I booked for 4 nights but had to leave one day early.No refund was given although the hotel was informed two days prior. Generally the credit card is a guarantee against no show up.The guests are not obliged to stay the full duration in international business travel. |

For me, 24 hours check-in was main reason to choose this hotel as I arived at 01:00 at Koln airport, hotel stuff is nice and helpful, very clean, close to HBF(central station). |

Het hotel is gelegen in een zeer rustige buurt, op wandelafstand van de Dom. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamer is comfortabel en rustig, het ontbijtbuffet indrukwekkend. Een absolute aanrader! |
