Excellent breakfast selection. Spotlessly clean bathroom. Only 15 min walk from centre. Soundproofing from window is not very good. Any noise from the street is easily heard at night. |

Reception staff extremely friendly and helpfull.car park worth it and only 50 meters away, the room and bathroom were immaculate. Breakfast was really good. Not a disappointment No, but I think the complaint about the cancellation policy a bit unfair as it is clearly explained when you book the hotel. The decor is not "cheesy" if you have taste! |

The staff was courteous and the hotel was comfortable. Their cancellation policy is not good.I booked for 4 nights but had to leave one day early.No refund was given although the hotel was informed two days prior. Generally the credit card is a guarantee against no show up.The guests are not obliged to stay the full duration in international business travel. |

Un calme relatif, et l'hotel était complet. La générosité et la diversité du petit déjeuner. Chambre double trop exigue. Vraiment tout l'un sur l'autre. A ce niveau, le prix (120€) est trop élevé. |

Allereerst een goede ontvangst met de nodige uitleg en al direkt een plattegrond en boekje met wat er in Keulen te beleven valt qua bezienswaardigheden,gastronomie, winkelen en dergelijke meer. Een mooie kamer alsook een goed onderhouden badkamer + een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. |

Dat er nog kamers zijn waar men mag roken,want dat vind je nog zelden, het ontbijt was heel goed en verzorgt. Harde bedden,hadden pyn in de rug,en kamers wel klein maar heel proper. |

ontbijt erg goed (ook tegen het einde van de ontbijt-tijden) inrichting kamers was erg gedateerd. Ligging was behoorlijk eind lopen van de Altstadt (15 minuten), terwijl geadverteerd werd dat het nabij Altstadt ligt. |
