For me, 24 hours check-in was main reason to choose this hotel as I arived at 01:00 at Koln airport, hotel stuff is nice and helpful, very clean, close to HBF(central station).

exellent breakfast, and the hotel were easy to find

we asked for a non-smoking room, but the smell on arriving were obviously "smoking". But it cleaned out during our stay

The location and breakfast were good.

Unfortunately we were forced to cut short our stay because the occupant/s of the room above us were unbelievably noisy both day and night. The staff seemed unable to do rectify this problem as the hotel was full and the noisy resident was occupying the penthouse, long term..
