スタッフの方の明るい対応にいろいろと助けていただきました。ありがとうございました。立地的には本来ビジ- ネスユースなのでしょうが、交通の便もよく、チェックポイントチャーリーも間近で観光目的での利用にも適し- ています。シャワー室の配置が特殊でしたが、苦にはなりませんでした。

Very Modern Hotel, excellent service from staff especially Mike he was great.

The staff were really fantastic, very friendly and willing to assist with anything, extra pillows, directions etc and one of the best things about this hotel, particularly the reception staff. The breakfast which we took on the final morning of our stay was also excellent. A very wide range of food offerred in a lovely restaurant with floor to ceiling windows with views of the city. It was clean and minimalist in decor and furniture.

The beds were a little small and mattresses hard, the bottom sheet was a kind of flanellette material, not cotton which is unusual. We had booked a superior room and it was situated overlooking an inner part of the hotel so away from noise of the street. However it did not have a separate bathroom, the sink and shower were in the room, only the toilet separate. Both couples we stayed with had paid less for a standard room and this had a separate bathroom but the rooms were overlooking the street. So I guess it is what is most important to you, but it should be made clear in the room descriptions why a room is standard/superior and what you are paying for.

The location was very good with easy acces to the U-bahn and the hotel itself was very clean and modern.

The pillows and beds weren't the most comfortable, but thats being very picky.

Very nice facility, near Metro.

Nice but, run like a budget hotel. Cheap towels, no toiletries, no had face cloths. The use of the hotel door key to operatatex the elevator makes we wonder about their neighborhood and seems like an over kill.

Superior location at very reasonable price. As good as the Hedemannstrasse Withers that is also my best bet. I come to Berlin at least two times a year.

Option: "Midnight-Arrivall" on net booking, so quest know that you know.

Lacks any bar or lounge and just has a functional front desk. Rooms are functional and clean but a big on the small side.

Perfect location everything at reach(metro, shops, restaurants), very nicely designed room, very clean, spaceious, friendly/helpfull staff.

There was no water boiler, which would have made this hotel perfect. The price for breakfast was too high, but around the hotel there're enough good places to get breakfast for a decent price.

Very good sound proofing. Breakfast was excellent. Decor was modern and very clean. Good location for visiting the sights of Berlin.

good location, near tude as well as a big supermaket. good facilities and comfort enough for traveller. and you can buy stamps in the counter

need to pay for internet and breakfast, although a nearby supermaket can cover one of the faults. besides that, at first i did not get the room i booked, but after complained, they changed for me.
