All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Really good location - Jaegerstrasse 24, Berlin-Mitte. Can't say anything about other apparments. Quiet place, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. The person who met us provided us with usefull information about surrounding area. The kitchen quite poor.The linoleum shoud be replaced in the last year at least. But the facilities are usable. In generall the environment is acceptable. No internet. |

The location ot the apartment was good and also the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The fitting of kitchen was quite poor. The mattress was too soft and the space for storing of clothing was inadequate. |

Very close to city centre and s and u stations. We waited for an hour for someone to turn up with keys, in the end I had to ring for assistance. They didn't tell you in the advert that there was no lift, or it was 68 steps to your front door.It was very hot for two out of the three nights we were there and had to leave the windows open for air. Only problem with this was the main street was under the windows and it was very noisey till the early hours 04:00 am!!!. |

Very clean, modern appartment furnished IKEA style. Friendly owner, nice lively young neighbourhood. Central location in East Berlin. Roomy living room and dinning area, reasonable kitchen. The appartment can accomodate 4 people. Narrow bedroom and bed. No internet link |

Excellent location in a central yet quiet area of Berlin. Clean and spacious apartment with everything you need for a short break. Very friendly and accommodating owners. We would definitely return to these apartments. There was nothing to dislike but kitchen facilities are limited and you need to go prepared with shower gel/shampoo etc. Towels are provided. Hand held shower attachment over bath took some getting used to although plenty of hot water |

Owners v.helpful. Apartment in excellent location in middle of city. Kitchen good & apartment spacious. The apartment desperately needs some curtains. But if going out until late and waking up 2hrs later with a sunlight-filled room doesn't bother you, then it's okay! |

If you don't mind going without the typical hotel cleaning, conscierge or dining services, this offers lots of bright and airy space in a fabulous location at half the price of any of the nearby hotels. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom and I think they should spend a bit more to get fluffier towels. |

Good location - easy walking distance to key city sights. We could have done with a fourth bed. The lift was broken on the fourth day which meant a walk up 6 flights of stairs for 2 days. |
