The apartment was nice and cosy. However, they mentioned it is suitable for 4 people where as it was ideal only for two persons. Its location is really bad. You have to take a good walk of 10 mins always to and fro to the hotel. The nearest station is Heidelberg platz about 10 mins walk.It takes about 5 mins to go from the reception to your room, and its kind of a maze to find your room. |

Room spacious, clean and comfortable the accessibilty. To reach our room we had to take the lift, to go down half a level, then up half a level with a lot of doors to open on the way. With a buggy it was very complicated. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great value for the price. It's a few minutes walk to the metro, which when it's cold outside, seems far away. If it's nice outside it's an enjoyable walk. |

proximity to highway toilets very unhygienic/dirty, paper walls - woke up about 10times per night, bathroom has no hangers where to put clothes, hotel staff was very unfriendly when I wished to upgrade my room and asked to clean the toilets properly. |

Nice & neat room. It was situated at the back of the hotel, so I didn't hear the noise of the nearby highway. Douche/toilet were shared with the other rooms on the corridor; but I never saw anybody, so it was like using my own toilet/douche. I didn't use any breakfast/diner, so I can't comment on that. |

very clean, quiet enough. staff where okay. No wifi so the internet was very expensive and there was only one computer that was being used when we needed it. we thought we booked a double but the room had 2 single beds, you could hear the busy freeway but i slept through that easily |

Simple but cosy hotel with clean rooms for a convenient price. Good connection to the centre (500m from U-Bahn and S-Bahn). Breakfast is not included in price - you can choose if you want it or not. Small unimportant details... |
