Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

nothing. over charged 15 euro for second person where as din not had double accomodation available and second person chrge is advertiesed only 10 euro if it is available location way more than 8 km from main station as it advertiesed ,cast 30 euro by taxi from main station. not a hotel at all this is kind of student residese seasonaly converted in to a hostel. rating of 4 star accomodation is missleading .this is not even a single star hotel and not even a hotel |

It would be nice to have had an option for a king or queen bed. Only having twin size beds, makes a it hard a on couple on their honeymoon. |

The room was spacious, light and airy, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was more than adequate. Directions given by employee to the third building were unclear |

Clean comfortable and cheap. No electrical adapters available despite being advertised and the fridge in the room was so loud that it woke me from my sleep several times. |

I stayed at the forth floor, what i like. My room was really clean, adequately large, with confortable bathroom and small kitchen. There is no elevator. And bed is too soft. |

It was a very quiet room. We found the staff friendly and helpful, as we opted not to have breakfast, we did not see too much of the staff. |

The calm and neat environment for a pleasant stay.The location is also very good to move to frankfurt. The room at 3rd floor with out lift was aproblem especially when the luggage was transferred. |
