Good breakfirst, kind staff. It was first floor room, not much light from outside, a bit dark. Very spacy room but kind of empty. Thin blanket, a bit cold in May. |

Good location, near metro station. Good metro connections to all the main attractions in Berlin. The neighborhood (Charlotennburg) is really nice. Good breakfast. Really bad internet connection and no heat in the rooms (it was May when I stayed, but there was pretty cold outside). |

Location was ideal for getting around the city, with access to the underground situated next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast good. |

This hotel it's a very good place to rest after a long day of wandering around the city. It is situated in a very quiet area but in the same time it is quite close to one of the main boulevards in Berlin. |

Close to centre of Berlin (Kurfuerstendamm) and U-Bahn just a few minutes of hotel, the staff was friendly and helpfull, breakfast excellent room was very small (single room), could hardly turn in bathroom, no view (view was old building), tv-set did not work for a couple of days |

Very noisy neighbours, every single world we could hear thru the walls. Also running water and opening the shower door. The beds were too soft and creaky. |

the front desk staff were very nice but unfortunately were no match for the large group of teenagers that filled the hotel. The first room we were given was oddly right inside the front door of the hotel. The entire hotel was full of teenagers on a school trip who kept us up until after 1:30 in the morning. Because the were not leaving, we found another hotel and left the next morning. The hotel refused to refund the rest of our stay. |

Connectivity to nearby areas, bus and underground staions. Inefficient staff. They never mentioned the telephone rates properly to us and we were robbed off for making 2-3 calls. Very incourteous staff and moreover, no one followed english properly. |

The Breakfast was the best part. I specifically asked for non smoking and when i arrived noticed an ashtry in my room and an overpowering smell of smoke in my room, when i asked the staff they stated guests smoke and they cannot stop them... |

clean, comfortable, breakfast was very good, staff were friendly. hotel was decorated in old german style. a long way from the main sights but very close to nearerst underground station which was very easy to use. |

The Breakfast was a wonderful European breakfast clean beautiful dinning room wide variety and high quality all around The Beds and bedding are not what I'm used to and the mattresses are minimal that is one of the only complaints I have. |
