The room is very very basic. I also did not like a "plastic" carpet in the room. The room is fine for a business trip of single person. Not for shy people sharing the room - glass shower space facing the room and especially the toilet just round the corner and without any door. Modern - yes, convenient - no! |

Nice restaurant with very helpful people. The hotel was not right next to the lake as I thought. There was a very busy street in between the hotel and the lake. |

English speaking reception, handy to transport, good sized rooms, free Internet. Restaurant waiter needs some training in customer relations. Was surly and rude to my wife. |

The hotel was very clean & the staff were great The location of the hotel is outside of the old part of the city, but it was an easy walk |

The Photos on your web site of the rooms are completely misleading. The hotel is extremely dated & expensive considering its distance from the city centre. Also I booked this hotel specifically because it came up as a triple room with the claim you could request an additional bed in the room for 25 Euro, again completely incorrect and as there were 3 of us it meant we had to book another room! |

My wife loved the sauna and the tanning bed. This location is very close to the city transit services in Nurnberg The restaraunt was very expensive and did not offer a very good selection of meals. |

This hotel will not guarantee a non Smoking room, even if you request a non smoking room. I checked in at 5pm and was not told about our room & when we went in it was a smoking room & it did not look like the room that I booked from the internet & when I went down to talk to them about it they said all non smoking rooms where full & there was no other room available, as we had pre paid & had another night, there was nothing we could do.It was disgusting, sheets, pillows & towels full of smoke.The next day we requested to change rooms & this was fine but they did not even compensate that 1st nights stay in a room we did not ask for (we were told that the room we had was the oldest room in the hotel & it sure was old & run down). So if you are a non smoker be warned, you too may be forced into a smoking room. |
