De nada. Foi horrivel. Nem permanecemos na segunda diaria. Mudamos de hotel. Atendimento ruim, dificil de entender a logica do hotel. Poucas facilidades pelo preco pedido. Sugiro retirar o hotel do site da booking.com. Nao e uma boa indicacao. |

Good value for money Breakfast expensive at €15, per person. Better value breakfasts to be had in the town. Should have a choice of pillows for those who don't like feather pillows. |

The food was good and the hotel was nicely decorated fore X-mas The most "surprise" for us was the WC without door ..and the shower in the middle of the room with glas doors around..having a small child with us it was not really convinient..The hotel was a bit far from the city centre as we were expecting.. |

The location was good (we were there to visit the Old City and the Christmas Market). The walk through the park to get there was perfect. The room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. Don't stay here if you are overweight! Our room was right on the street, so we heard road noises (even with the window shut) all night long. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free internet in the lobby. Breakfast was too expensive so we ate breakfast elsewhere. I filled out the comment card at the hotel stating this concern. They wrote to me within three days and said they could have provided a continental breakfast, but it should have been offered on check-in. I was very happy with their quick response time however. |

The room is very very basic. I also did not like a "plastic" carpet in the room. The room is fine for a business trip of single person. Not for shy people sharing the room - glass shower space facing the room and especially the toilet just round the corner and without any door. Modern - yes, convenient - no! |

Nice restaurant with very helpful people. The hotel was not right next to the lake as I thought. There was a very busy street in between the hotel and the lake. |
