Die Küche des Apartments war gut ausgestattet und die Stadt Freiburg ist natürlich wirklich schön anzusehen und bietet vielseitige Unternehmungen. Die Lage des Apartment ist wirklich nicht zum "wohlfühlen" geeignet, in einem sehr hellhörigem Wohnhaus, Samstag und Sonntag schon früh morgens geschrei und getrampel, des weiteren wird eine "park Möglichkeit" beschrieben, ich wurde dann per Mail informiert das es nur einen Einstellplatz hat, für 15 Euro die Nacht, was ich schon sehr frech finde, die Beschreibung ist wohl falsch! Man muss also zuerst, in einem dicht besiedelten Wohngebiet, einen Parkplatz finden weil ja auch keine direkt zugänglichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind, die uns den Einstellplatz hätten zuweisen können..was sehr unangenehm war. Eben falls muss man nach dem Parkplatz Gesuche auch noch die Wohnung suchen, in einem sehr grossen Block ohne wirkliche Kennzeichnung! Fazit: Nie wieder "Wohlfühl-Apartment"

Relativ ruhig trotz Wohnanlage - Mobiliar zwischen Ikea und Sperrmüll (Korbstuhl). - Schlafsofa mit deutlichen Flecken - Staubwölkchen auf Herd, Boden.... - TG Stellplatz kostet extra

Alles perfekt. Lage, Möblierung, Sauberkeit. Empfehlenswertes Apartment. Die Schlüsselbeschaffung — etwas kompliziert, weil nicht am gleichen Ort; jedoch Übergabe sehr freundlich.

Appartamento gradevole a un passo dalla fermata del tram e dai negozi in quartiere tranquillo. Mancanza di indicazioni riguardo alla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti.

Location is very near by city centre. Appartment is roomy enough compared to appartments that we have been in France and Switzerland with similar range of price (we were 2 adults and a toddler). There is no microwave. It is not clear if parking is allowed directly in front of the building which was signed private but without house number.

This apartment has all the facilities idea for faimly living. The location has great deal of amenities - supermart, cafe, restaurant, etc. at the doorstep. The process of booking the apartment proves daunting. 1) Payment must be made by international banking transfer - which is something new to me. 2) Even tho' the web stipulates parking is free, the apartment block provides parking at a cost. I did not take up the parking in the apartment as I was able to park outside - free. 3) I had to get the apartment key in another location. The man who handed me the key had no idea where the aparment is, and how I could identify the apatement. Inspite of all these hiccups, all ends well with my stay.

Sauberkeit Sehr schlicht, Ikea Ausstattung, spartanisch. Vorhänge fehlen, obwohl Erdgeschoß in Wohnpark, Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Lampe defekt nachttisch links
