Hotel Location: - Just 10 minutes by Tram Service (Train) to Heidelberg City Center. Trains are available every 10 minutes and Tram-Stop is just 2 minutes by walk from Hotel. Rooms: - Comfortable - Clean - Well-designed & Managed Staff & Services: - Excellent Services - Staff is quite welcoming, caring and responsive

Very affordable, great service, beautiful and modern renovated rooms, fantastic restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Guests are treated very pleasantly. The hotel was very close to the train station. Would not choose any other hotel in Heidelberg.

Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Moderne Einrichtung. Sehr sauber. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Preis ohne Frühstück, gemessen an der Lage, etwas zu hoch.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, moderne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal Wlan ist kostenpflichtig, was im heutigen Smartphone Zeitalter eher unwillkommen ist. Dafür gibt es lan kostenlos und der tv hat Internet, allerdings ist da die Bedienung mühsam.

Deluxezimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, aber im Keller mit einem Lichtschacht gelegen. Das ist wirklich kein Luxus.

Top Hotel, 100% Weiterempfehlung! Kommen nächstes Jahr im März wieder! Sehr sehr exquisit! Very very nice, modern, good quality, not far from the inner city by tram! Trés bien, trés chic, chaques nouveaux! 100% Frühstück und Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen, völlig überteuert und schlechte Qualität! Das Hotel sollte sich davon trennen! Breakfast/petit dejeuner/restaurant n'est pas aggreable/very unkindly! Trés cher/very expensive!

Pulizia, cortesia del personale. La cassaforte e' risultata essere inaccessibile per due giorni, nonostante la segnalazione fatta al nostro arrivo. Biancheria da letto singolo benché si trattasse di letto matrimoniale. Terzo letto aggiunto disastroso per un adulto. Internet a pagamento anche via cavo al contrario di quanto riportato da Booking. Nella descrizione della camera da parte di Booking risultava esserci un'area salotto in realtà' inesistente.

O Hotel era limpo, o quarto tinha bom tamanho e a cama era confortável. O Hotel era distante 6 quilômetros do centro da cidade, num bairo residencial, às 8 da noite de sábado não tinha nenhum funcionário do hotel na recepção, demoraram meia hora pra me trazerem um edredon, a internet é paga, enfim, não gastem dinheiro nesse hotel, há opções melhores.

Super freundliches Personal, saubere und super ausgestatte Zimmer, Verkehrsverbindung klasse, Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet für jeden Feinschmecker etwas dabei, man fühlte sich gleich Zuhause wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, Parkplätze waren leider noch nicht fertig

Der Zustand und die Ausstattung des Hotels, die Sauberkeit, freundliches nettes Personal. Gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit, gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr, leicht zu finden. Frühstück in Ordnung. Großer Fernseher. Auf der Etage gibt es eine "Maxi Bar", wo man vergleichsweise günstig Getränke beziehen kann.

Das Hotel ist sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gemütlich Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Es ist sehr schwierig in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Straße vor dem Hotel war absolut vollgeparkt!
