It is a non-serviced apartment, not a hotel or a serviced apartment. No flexibility on check-in time, if you are not there during the given hours, you have to wire transfer in advance. small bathroom

Location

Difficult to get into bath/shower and enormous tank above it. No staff/reception,no receipt for payment. Expected to sort rubbish,but only one bin. Amazed we were expected to sweep up and put rubbish out for 90€ a night

Great location. Parking station down the road, but parking is cheaper if you get in after 7pm. Great view out of window. Fully equipped kitchen. Top floor was a little much with suitcases without lift, but still managable.

Very Nice apartment Close to the city park With a great playground for small Children.

A real handy man With the right skills would be needed for the plumming and some small stuff. Nothing which affect you As a short time stayier.

The booking is a litle complicated. Maybe need a checkin check out employee. It can influence to take a litle bit cleaner the bed and the armchairs

Position is very close to city centre and good pre-booked parking at Eur 20/day available in backyard of apartments. Comfort level served our purpose very well. When it was raining heavily we stayed in and cooked our dinner.

Very difficult to locate if you arrive during dark hours because of poor street /location lighting and no name visible indicating the apartments. We had the penthouse apartment and had to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs as no lift is available. We had to collect our keys from another hotel on the other end of the city .

Well situated, clean, tidy and interesting

~It was difficult picking up key from opposite side of town. A map with locations of key collection and apartment, with public transport information would have helped.

The appartment was very clean. There is a lot of space, a high chair for little children, TV, hifi. The location is good, the center of Freiburg is close to the appartement. In the kitchen you find everything you need.

We where sleeping in the living room and there are no curtains, so in the morning there is a lot of light. The curtain in the shower is very small, the floor in the badroom get wet verry quick!

The apartment location is great ! only one minute walking distanance away from old town. Rooms also good & comfort.

It is pity for not provite shampoo stuff.

Ease of access to city centre and forest trails - both within 5 minutes walk!

Lack of communication from renting company. Notified very late about necessity of bank transfer if arriving after 1800. Lack of clear information as to location of apartment. Really rental company should have a land line with someone who answers the phone. Did succeed in communicating by text message but not satisfactory really.

Location (we were at Schlossberging). That's the main (and I afraid, the only) advantage.

It costs as a good hotel, but: - poorly maintained (fungus in bathroom, broken shower, etc., hairs on the floor) - misses some pretty basic equipment like dishwasher, microwave And has to be pre-paid.

Neat & clean , very close - walking distance - to the center of town, staff are friendly.

Hot water was an issue as following use it required a longer period for the tank to refill for use. TV in apartment operated on terrestrial aerial...only the most basic, unentertaining channels on Germany television, no iron in the apartment, no lift in the building so baggage had carried 5 flights of stairs to the apartment.

It was cozy, clean and comfortable. We could come and go from the apartment at any time, the location is very good, with a nice view. Staying at an apartment has several advantages: more space, have our own breakfast as late as we wanted, and the place was quiet.

there was no blinder on the little window in the bedroom, and it was bright early in the morning. I find the separate duvets on the double bed unconfortable (I prefer a big, single one), but for the rest I enjoyed everything.

Appartement très propre à notre arrivée avec tout le nécessaire: serviettes, draps, ustensiles de cuisine. Très bien placé car à 5 min du Münster et du centre ville. Jolie décoration et belle luminosité.

Pas de connection wifi ce qui aurait été pratique pour chercher des informations pour visiter. Difficile de trouver des places de parking dans les rues adjacentes.

Un appartement propre et avec suffisamment d'espace pour une famille, un grand balcon, emplacement à proximité de la vieille ville de Freiburg

Absence d'un micro-ondes (très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge), trouver le bâtiment OK mais plus compliqué de trouver l'accès à la rue avec la voiture et surtout le parking

Gute Lage, grosse Wohnung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung

Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig (schalldurchlässig); Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber geputzt; für Reinigung wäre Staubsauger hilfreich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Werden die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Es war etwas kalt in der Wohnung.

Lage ist super

Heizung war aus, damit war die Wohnung bei Ankunft eisig (draußen -7 Grad) und brauchte lang zum aufwärmen, zu wenig Handtücher, Einfahrt zum Parkplatz sehr eng
