Utsikten och den stora terrassen på lägenheten på bottenvåningen. Tyst och lugnt läge. Fanns inte beskrivit att vi skulle hämta nycklarna på annan adress, vilket gjorde det mycket besvärligt för oss innan vi fick hjälp i receptionen där vi skulle bo. Adressen svår att hitta !

Miasteczko Binz, port w Sassnitz, Kap Arkona oraz okoliczne plaże. Brak pościeli, brak ręczników (podczas poprzedniego wyjazdu były obie te rzeczy). Brak możliwości wyrzucenia posortowanych śmieci (wszystko wylądowało w zwykłym koszu razem, gdyż przed budynkiem brak było odpowiednich pojemników). Internet dostępny ale nie od pierwszego dnia (recepcja czynna dopiero od trzeciego mojego dnia pobytu). Połączenie internetowe słabe: brak możliwości korzystania z połączenia wewnątrz budynku (tylko na balkonie był zasięg). Brak dokładnego miejsca odbioru kluczy: w otrzymanych dokumentach z rezerwacją brak informacji ze klucze odbiera się pod adresem: Proraer 1 a nie w recepcji na Zillinger Strasse. Ciężko odnaleźć budynki gdyż ich numeracja nie jest w kolejności. Fatalny stan drogi prowadzącej do obiektu (droga z płyt, ułożonych bardzo nierówno).

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren , warnt der Sauberkeit soweit zufrieden außer unter dem Bett war Staub, im Bad am Fensterrahmen befand sich Schimmel am Silikon , des weiteren fand ich den Preis für die fewo zu teuer . Mit freundlichen Gruß Thomas kassner

Lägenheterna var helt perfekta. Bra läge. Rena lägenheter när vi anlände. Bra utrustning i kök o övrigt. Bra med parkering till lägenheterna. Vi är allmänt nöjda

Für 2 Personen in einer 4-Personen Ferienwohung mehr als Platz. Bei Betreten der Wohnung war keine Bettwäsche vorhanden. Leider fiel uns bei booking.com nicht auf, dass diese hätte extra gebucht werden müssen. Die Rezeption mit Schlüsselübergabe und Bettwäscheausgabe erfolgt in größerer Entfernung. Für Personen ohne Fahrzeug ein erheblicher Nachteil.

Die Wohnung war schön gross mit Blick auf den Schmachener See. Uns gefiehl die Nähe zum Wald in Richtung Sellin, wo es schöne Rad- und Wanderwege gab. Es war Sauber und die schönen Blumen auf dem Tisch bei unserer Ankunft waren sehr nett. Man fühlte sich gleich ein bisschen zuhause. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ganz ok. Da wir Anfang April dort waren, hatten wir keine Anwendung für den Balkon, ansonsten wäre er uns für vier Personen ein bisschen zu klein gewesen. Die Wohnung lag im zweiten Stock,was zwar eine schöne Aussicht gab, aber für ältere Leute etwas Beschwerlich sein kann beim Koffer schleppen (kein Lift),

Zentrale ruhige Lage, schöne Aussicht, Wohnzimmer kann nicht abgedunkelt werden (Schlafsofa Kinder), nicht für Kinderwagen geeignet (Wohnung ist nur über eine steile Straße erreichbar)

Blick auf den Schmachter See. Steiler Straßenanstieg zur Anlage in der Zinglingstraße, mit einer sehr schlechten Straße (Schotterpiste mit großen Schottersteinen / Betonbohlen). Leute mit einem Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhlfahrer sollten das wissen. Wenn die Zinglingstraße neu gemacht wird ist alles in Ordnung.

Ruhige Lage, gepflegte ung geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr zu empfehlen Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten ( z. Bsp. Haken) im Bad, für 4 Personen auf jeden Fall zu eng, zu wenig Kleiderbügel!
