Comfortable bed Good aircon - Naked Germans in sauna! - Unhelpful attitude/tone from front desk staff - awful parking set-up (witnessed another guest wreck his sideskirts on his car)

I was like the location of Hotel. It was the 15th time that I was there but this time happen some things complete unpleasant: Breakfast so poor at 08h00m Worst a lot of Fly unde the cheese,yourgth,ham.....bahhhhhh

1. Nieczynny basen przez cały okres pobytu, a stanowił on element przy decyzji o wyborze hotelu (pobyt z sześcioletnimi dziećmi). 2. Brudny (pozostałości po poprzednich gościach, papierki etc) znajdujące się w szafkach. 3. Zniszczony obiekt, tynki odchodzące od ścian, wilgoć na ścianach wewnątrz budynku

La gentillesse de certains membres du personnel. Le calme des chambres. L'hôtel est à mon sens assez mal indiqué (difficile à trouver). Il n'est pas particulièrement accueillant. Impossible d'y soulager sa faim autrement qu'avec une barre chocolatée si on rentre tard le soir. Pas de services dans les chambres. Le buffet petit-déjeuner n'est pas mal, mais il y aurait moyen de faire un peu plus diversifié et généreux. La salle fait trop salle de cantine et si on est en petit nombre, on finit par être obligé de partager sa table avec d'autres voyageurs. La piscine est un peu obsolète. En outre, nous pensions pouvoir nous y détendre un peu, jusqu'à ce qu'une meute de petites filles criardes ne vienne envahir bruyamment la piscine, à la grande satisfaction de leurs parents. Le respect ne signifie pas la même chose pour tous. Trop d'attente pour payer à la réception. Franchement trop cher pour des conditions qui sont finalement plus proches de l'auberge de jeunesse que de l'hôtel.

- liegt zentral - Autostadt ist in 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß erreichbar - abgewirtschafteter Betonbau aus den 70-er Jahren / sehr hellhörig - kaum Modernisierungen vorgenommen; wenn ja, dann sehr grob und oberflächlich - auf keinen Fall ein 4-Sterne Hotel!!!

Sauberkeit des Hotels, Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant. Freundlichkeit des Personals. Lage des Hotels Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und rechtfertigt nicht den Preis gerade in der Woche zu teuer. Die Rühreier und Würstchen beim Frühstück waren kalt und um 09:30 fast leergeräumt

Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Möglichkeit des Tee kochens auf dem Zimmer. Freundlichkeit der Service Mitarbeiter. Einrichtung wie z.Bsp. Teppiche sind alt und richen muffig.

Die Handtücher sind alt, ausgerissen und teilweise nicht sauber. Der Teppich im Flur im Hotelflur ist ganz fleckig und macht nch außen hin ein sehr schlechtes Bild.

Netter Service, Zimmer perfekt sauber Frühstücksbuffet war sehr bescheiden, Kaffee gräßlich. Auf dieses Frühstück kann man verzichten. Kalte Eierspeisen, wenn mal nicht gerade wieder ausgegangen, abgestandener Kaffee...

Gute zentrale Lage direkt an der Fussgaengerzone , aber.. ...es fehlt ein Save auf dem Zimmer und die Moeglichkeit sich einen Kaffee / Tee am Zimmer selbst zuzubereiten, was im Vergleich mit anderen vergleichbaren Hotels schon zum Standard dazugehoert.
