Nice hotel room. Friendly staff. Clean. wifi worked well. Didnt try breakfast or dinner, but they had a busy dinner restaurant going.

Good but I felt over priced.

Very central, just a few minites walk from the Dom. Clean, quiet, parking lot ( pay) just in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast. We also thought the staff were friendly and gave very good service.

Location is excellent In the center if Old City, very close to all sightseeng

It was very cold. We asked for additional blankets and still slept in warm socks and sports suit

The location is excellent and a parking garage is easily accessible for €10 per day. Sightseeing is convenient due to the central location.

Friendly and helpful staff who could communicate in English. Very central within walking distance of most points of interest. Good value for money.

The one bathroom was really quite small.

This is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms, a helpful staff and a fantastic location to jump off into this Baroque city from.

Although the hotel looks nice on the outside the rooms are pretty out of date and really need an upgrade.

The Franziskaner is in an excellent position, nice rooms, good beds.

I feel that for the price, the breakfast should be free This hotel and the majority of others in Europe should take a look at countries like NZ, Australia, USA, much of Asia and the Pacific Islands, and include a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and air-conditioning. The temperature in our room was incredibly hot with no way to cool down. This is 2012, time to get out of the dark ages..

I'll use it again the next time Im in Wurzburg

Location

There is no lounge. There are no English language news programmes , a significant amiss for a hotel with internationl visitors. It is a good thing that the oldest of the recepsionists was not on duty the whole time ; if , this were so , the hotel would soon have to close for lack of clients!..

The Location and ambience

It was a fairly easy place to find, and good parking availability in garage. Costs extra but this is the case in Europe.

It's a good place for those on a budget who still want to be in the center. Easy walking to harbor and bridges, market platz area. Terrific location for those who like to walk.

Close to the Dom, quiet and clean. The restaurant next door was excellent and not inexpensive - rare in any major town.

The bathroom was very small. The large room had been converted from two small rooms and it needs a larger bathroom to make the additional price worthwhile.

вообще стремный отель взяли 115 евреев и даже не по морщились номер тесный фотки выложили каких то других номеров в туалете у душа шель рука пропадает жена все полотенца туда бросила только бы что бы вода не пошла к койке в принципе супер французский отель

am Anreisetag sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang Zimmer war schön ruhig sehr schöne Terrasse (war leider etwas zu kalt, um sie zu benutzen) das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

die Warmwasserversorgung liess sehr zu wünschen übrig -es kam nur ein Rinnsal heraus Badetuch fehlte im Zimmer

Bodenständiges Stadthotel in zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage, gute Matratze, Personal freundlich, aber etwas unverbindlich, Zimmer im wesentlichen in Ordnung; Hotel verfügt über Aufzug und angeschlossenes Restaurant, Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer als schöne Geste

Obwohl alles ordentlich ist, merkt man dem Hotel/Zimmer an, das es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Schlecht montierte Armaturen in der zu engen Duschkabine, das unzulänglich beleuchete Waschbecken, zu wenig Stauraum im relativ kleinen Zimmer, Wände könnten neuen Anstrich vertragen, Teppiche etwas abgelaufen. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die sich aber summieren. Für ein, zwei Nächte OK, aber für länger nicht geeignet

Freundliche Angestellte, familiäre Atmosphäre, schöner Frühstücksraum, insgesamt klein, gemütlich und kuschelig.

Das Wetter. Aber da ist die Einflußmöglichkeit des Hotels doch eher begrenzt.

es war ein schönes Einzelzimmer, das erlebe ich selten. Meist wirken die Einzelzimmer sehr wenig einladend, aber im Franziskaner war das richtig gut.
