Very easy location close to the station and in walking distance of shops and centre. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful, clean triple room - not always easy to find. Marvellous and extensive breakfast buffet..... will go again. As in most German hotels - and French - no tea making fcilities in the room - so take your travel kettle!

I had asked for a quiet room, but got a very noisy one facing the train station. I asked the stuff to rectify it but unfortunately they claimed no alternative room was available. Sleeping was impossible with the window open and also with the window closed as the tiny room became stuffy very quickly. The room was tiny with a tiny bed, with a big suitcase it was hard to even move around in the room.

- Excellent quality, courtesy and politeness of the hotel staff. - Good position (in front of the Reutlingen Central Train Station). - Cleanliness of the room. - Abundant breakfast with a wide choice of foods. - Small sizes of the room. - TV with few channels and almost all in German language.

It was a small, but cosy hotel. The food was great at the breakfast, and rooms very well used and clean. The bathrooms are also really nice.

I booked this hotel for my 20 year old son who was traveling to Reutlingen from the usa to attend school at the University of Reutingen School of Business. Due to the airline delays, he was unable to get to the dorm before closing. Thus the need for a quick fix, and that included a hotel room for a night. The staff at the hotel were gracious and helpful. I called the staf to ask that they convey a message to my son upon check in. The did so and and were nost accomodating and understanding.. The key for this success is my trust in Booking.com, and a fine hotel and staff, in a great German town.

Clean and nice rooms, good beds, bathroom was also pretty good except the hairdryer. Bit Noidy at night as railway station is just opposite. Breakfast buffet was ok, however, service was average and variety of food not really reasonable considering room price. Hairdryer in the bathroom should be renewed as it only produced some noise but not really an airstream.

Great location near all the downtown attractions. The staff was wonderful, and helpful. The parking was free next door, which the staff advised us about.

Die Bilder in der Hotelbeschreibung zum Einzelzimmer stimmen in keinster Weise und sind nach Reklamation von der Rezeption als Fehler umschrieben worden! Die Bilder sind irreführend und stellen die besten Doppelzimmer da, keinesfalls die engen und recht verlebten Einzelzimmer. MFG Herbert Scholz
