Great price, great location.

The minimal shower class. Easy to flood the bathroom if you're not careful.

Facilities are very clean. Room is large. Breakfast is very good too.

Location is not walkable to city center, but it is still near from there.

The pool, sauna and steam bath were free and very welcomed bu our travel- weary bodies. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The receptionists need to tell guests that they need to make a sharp turn to the right when they go into the parking garage. We went straight towards the Hotel Reception sign and got locked into an area with all private parking spaces. It took 20 minutes to get a staff person to help us while we had to move our car to not block incoming cars. It was an unnecessary hassle after having driven 8 hours.

Location was perfect. A garage in cellar and large rooms. The breakfast was most enjoyable.

Internet was only available at extra costs.

Close to City Center, walking distance. Nice City to visit Rooms are luxury

Nice breakfast buffet and close distance to the trainstation on walking distance. Also nice restaurant "Frankenstube" for evening dinner.

No waterdispenser in the spa area and no free internet in room.

It was very comfortable place to stay with a pool and also secure parking . We were travelling through Europe and will stay again .

Friendly, helpful reception staff, most comfortable,spacious and well appointed twin executive room with free mini bar. This must be a hotel first. Breakfasts were ample and tasty. We found the location to be ideal we walked everywhere and even though it often rained this was not a problem it was also terrific to have tea making facilities. A rarity unfortunately in many countries

Hotel has a good location, close to center, has comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant has a limited offer, but is open till 11pm. Breakfast is OK.

The hotel was convenient to the Residenz and the old town / market square areas. The staff was helpful. It was a typical good chain hotel; nothing really outstanding either way.

The buffet breakfast was pricey at 17 euro per person so we opted to order a la carte one morning in the bar area and to eat off the property the other morning.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good. The restaurant was also very good. The room was large and the bathroom good. The position of the hotel was not to far from the main rail station.

There were no restaurants near the hotel so the choice of other places to eat were limited. The room carpets and sofa were in poor condition and need replacing.

The staff and accommedations met my expectations. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The housekeeping staff is honest. I left various items, by mistake. I received a phone call and an e-mail message and went back to recover my belongings. The hotel was clean, the bathrooms (my pet pieve) were roomy, modern and clean. I will stay at this hotel again in the furure.

Charging too much for breakfast, 19 Euro? Charges for wifi 10 Euro per day, should be free vaucher like most other hotels at this level.

Its proximity to the old town and the palace was excellent. Easy to walk around and so much to see! It was great that it had a garage.

All the other hotels we stayed in in Europe had free wi fi in the rooms!

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.

Not having a free wifi is a BIG disadvantage. I have not been to any other Novotel where you have to juggle with payments and usernames and passwords for a wifi. The supplies in my room were not replenished when my room was cleaned. The shower is not good.

The staff of the hotel was very kind, so we were able to do comfortable stay.

Location, value for money.

The exhaust fan in my room was extremely noisy.
