nothing special usual problem with Acor group. Once again they charged both rooms to my credit card upon booking leading to bookkeeping problems for the business associate I booked the other room for. Since app 3 years it seems all Acor group hotels in Europe follow this practise. We had problems with regards to this countless times. Acor group hotels can not be used for business if one needs to book rooms for more than oneself i.e. for people whose hotel room (for accounting purposes) needs to be settled by themselves. Although we have a company policy not to use the Acor group, because of these pre-charges, we tried in Würzburg only to find the same problem still exists. |

Very comfortable hotel, everything was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathropes were much appreciated, as was the complimentary tee/coffee in the room. Breakfast was just great, with freshly squeezed juice etc. Quiet location. We had a third person staying with us for a couple of nights, and we did not get rid of the disturbing extra bed in the middle of the room after the person checked out, even though we did ask for it. |

The room and the facilities. It is a clean and comfortable hotel, not a luxurious one but satisfying. It is about 10-15 walking minutes from the city center. The staff should be more honestly warm. Extra charge for Internet. |

Good-sized, clean rooms. Professional staff. Located close to the old town. A nice outside area to sit in for breakfast or with a drink in the evening. I'd agree with the comments from other customers that the rates for any extras aren't widely advertised (though reception were happy to provide these, a tariff list in the room would be useful). |

people who work there are very kind it was not so clear how much did the high-speed internet cost. It means the hotel should explain better how much does it cost otherwise there is the risk to spend a lot of money without knowing this. . Except this particular the hotel is very good. |
