Location,location. location! Very quiet,good food and friendly staff what more could one want,a memorable stay. One small point that did irritate me,I reported to the reception staff 0930hrs on the Saturday morning that we did not have any furniture on our balcony.I was assured that it would be dealt with immediately, on booking out on Sunday morning it had still not arrived nor had I received an update why.I did inform the reception staff of my displeasure when I cleared my bill. |

Facilities Yes - children could only use the pool for 2 hours during the day (even the kids pool). The rest was dedicated to adults only. |

The location, pool, restaurants,free ferry and comfortable room. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Excellent. |

Der Service des Personals sowie deren Höflichkeit und Umsicht hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Spa-Bereich war traumhaft und auch kurzfristig buchbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. |

Die Residenz ist ein sehr angenehmes und schönes Luxushotel, das uns noch lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben wird. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. |

sehr gemütliche, stilvolle Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites personal,(nicht in der lobby), sehr gute plätze auch für alleinreisende, freundlich in den Restaurants wellness bereich ist baulich sehr zerrissen, kinder haben kaum zugang zum poolbereich, schlechte orientierung im wellnessbereich, viel zu dunkle lobby-schade man kann nichts lesen o.ä., unaufmerksamer service in der lobby-sonst gut |

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Man muss mit der Fähre fahren, um zur Stadt zu kommen. |

Mußte unvorhergesehen vorzeitig abreisen um 15.00 Uhr. Der Zimmerpreis wurde trotz Buchung für diesen Tag nicht berechnet. Späte Zimmerreinigung an einem Tag um 17.00 |

Das Haus, die Lage, maritime Möglichkeiten,der Wellnessbereich, der Ort Warnemünde, tolle Radfahrwege Bin seit Eröffnung Stammgast (3 - 4 mal jährlich, man wir als solcher nicht erkannt mit Ausnahme der Spa Bereich Die Flexibilität im Umgang mit Stammgästen ist eher negativ |

Lage;Ausstattung,Angebot an Restaurants;Zimmerausstattung;Einrichtung; Nach dem Schwimmen muss man durch den Park zum Residenzgebäude, sehr zugig. Bademäntel viel zu klein, wurde auch auf Bitte nicht ausgetauscht. Bei den hohen Zimmerpreisen könnte das Parken im Freien inclusive sein. |

Das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels war sehr schön. Alles sehr großzügig angelegt. Sehr gefreut hat es mich, dass das Bad auch eine Wadewanne hatte. Ich hatte wirklich einen sehr guten Eindruck und komme gerne wieder. Ich habe ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, aber leider ein Raucherzimmer bekommen. |
