Die zentrale Lage ist ideal. Für den Preis kann man keine bessere Leistung finden. Kleines, aber gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Es müssten gewisse Erneuerungsarbeiten in Angriff genommen werden. |

Für die Wahl des Hotels war für mich die City-Lage entscheidend. Der Komfort hielt sich in Grenzen, dafür stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Emfpangspersonal war teils unfeundlich, teils imkompetent. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundllich. Das Zimmer nach hinten im obersten Stockwerk ist sehr ruhig und der Blick über die Stadt sehr schön. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Also ein gelungener Aufenthalt mitten in der Stadt. |

Zentrale Lage, Nähe der U- und S-Bahn, Mitarbeiter freundlich, Service Ok Getränke zu m.E. teuren Preisen erhältlich. Es gibt Hotels in FFM, die bei gleichem Zimmerkomfort eine Minibar im Zimmer haben, aus denen Getränke kostenlos entnommen werden können. |

The staff was extremely helpful working around my limited German with perfect English. I've stayed at this hotel two separate times while in Frankfurt. You can't beat the location. There's not much to dislike about the hotel but I found it a bit odd to my American sensibilities that my credit card was charged months prior to my stay when I actually booked the room online. The dollar was stronger against the euro back then so I'm not complaining. |

I like the location of the hotel in the middle of the Centre of Frankfurt. Maybe you have to change the carpets in the hallway of the second floor. Now it looks quite old fashioned |

Excellent location near shopping areas and downtown Frankfurt. S-Bahn (underground) right in front of the hotel's door. Great breakfast included. For a 3 star hotel very good. The hotel is in an area where it is difficult to park. The nearest public parking is normally full. No air conditioning in room. |

The very central location was excellent for a family. Sightseeing did not require that many steps. The receptionists were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The noise from the street comes to the rooms on that side. Carbage trucks woke me up 6 in the morning. |
