Location, Breakfast,

Carpets are old and need to be changed (smelly),bathroom very basic

Friendly staff with info on restaurants etc. Free internet in room and free buffet style breakfast which is all you can ask for with a hotel. Price was very good and bed more comfortable than Hilton Hotel in Mainz :) Infact, most comfortable from 6 hotels on tour.

A little bit tucked away and hard to see as entrance door is in a shopping lane and not actually a door, was a lift :)

The location was good, very close to public transporation and the main centers of Frankfurt. The breakfast served was very nice and had several dishes, breads, coffees and juices.

The hotel rooms were very run down. The shower head was broken so you had to use the wand. The hotel room was very noisy, which made it very hard to sleep. You could hear people walking in the hallway, people walking on the street below and the church bells every 15 mins.

The hotel was in a very central location and had a good price. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

The building is outdated and old, and the bathroom needs an update. Halls smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, the entrance is obscured and you enter the hotel via a tiny elevator, which is not exactly inviting.

Very good staying for urban tourists whose demands are higher than that of normal young urban tourists. Quite comfortable for one week - 10 days- long staying.

Great value for money, Friendly staff and good breakfast, but make sure you get up early as some food is cold if you delay getting there early. Location is brilliant, we went for the Christmas Markets and they start just a few hundred metres from the hotel. Checking in and out was easy, all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Terrific location! The hotel is located just steps away from the train station and within walking distance of many of Frankfurt's attractions.

Absolutely brilliant location in Frankfurt and good sized triple share room. Their breakfast in the morning was great as well

The internet connection was not working properly

Some things in the room was't good like the tab in the bathroom and in the room there was a mirror not fixed on the wall and it can be broken , we complain but they did't fix it.

Hotel is excolent located middle from Main-railway-station and centrum. Shopping street Zeil start from 100m from Hotel. Everything Frankfurt is in walking distance. Hotel employees are really helpful, but some of stuff don´t speak good english but you can make you point to them and they help as well they can. Some speak good english. Somepeople has said that neighboor hood is loudly but that isn´t true!!! There only little voices, and that is because it is in centrum!!! Good quality for price and ofcourse the location. Only minus was that there is not fridge in room. IN my room anyway. Bath room was good too!
