Location, Breakfast,

Carpets are old and need to be changed (smelly),bathroom very basic

Hotel is excolent located middle from Main-railway-station and centrum. Shopping street Zeil start from 100m from Hotel. Everything Frankfurt is in walking distance. Hotel employees are really helpful, but some of stuff don´t speak good english but you can make you point to them and they help as well they can. Some speak good english. Somepeople has said that neighboor hood is loudly but that isn´t true!!! There only little voices, and that is because it is in centrum!!! Good quality for price and ofcourse the location. Only minus was that there is not fridge in room. IN my room anyway. Bath room was good too!

we are family 2adults and 3 kids 1 infant we booked connected rooms it was clean and comfirtabel the location was great very near to zeil street onlyfew steps , the staff is frandly.

the only thing i do not like was no air condition on the room and during june the weather is hot so we could not sleep well

The room was clean and the bed slept wonderfull. There was a bath, a safe in the room, a big closet, everything I needed. For breakfast there was a buffet.

Although there was a lot for breakfast, I would liked to have a bit more choice of fresh fruits. That is the only suggestion I have.

They held our bags for us once we checked out but read below........and the location was fairly nice.

We changed our hotel last minute because we realized our old one we had to walk through the Red Light district........we booked two rooms, mine was fairly clean, but my friend claimed he had hair on his bed...our sink was dirty. It had one elevator for the entire hotel which I take is not very big (really odd layout...just levels). Breakfast was typical. They did though hold our bags all day when we checked out, but not very secure...they just took them and put them in a closet with many many other bags. Easy to take someone else's, but still it was better than carrying them around Frankfurt until our flight left that night.

Location is perfect, the staff is very nice

Strong smell of cigarets in the room. A window opened during the night (because of the wind) and impossible to close it, as a special key is needed => I had to spend the whole night with the window open, with a lot of wind and rain going into the room

Suitable location and just in the heart of the city , I liked it because its simple too.

Excellent location and extrimely helpful staff. Room was large, clean and has everything we need.

What I like best about Hotel Zentrum is the great location. Its near to the underground and to the main shopping street. Galleria is just a few steps away. Its so easy to do the shopping and then dump the shopping bags back at the hotel and walk out again and continue with the shopping. The breakfast is also very good. If you want to get a cab, there are a string of cabs waiting just outside the hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel again, without a doubt!

Great value for money, Friendly staff and good breakfast, but make sure you get up early as some food is cold if you delay getting there early. Location is brilliant, we went for the Christmas Markets and they start just a few hundred metres from the hotel. Checking in and out was easy, all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Terrific location! The hotel is located just steps away from the train station and within walking distance of many of Frankfurt's attractions.

Absolutely brilliant location in Frankfurt and good sized triple share room. Their breakfast in the morning was great as well

The internet connection was not working properly

The hotel is in a very good location, good price, very good breakfast, friendly people at the reception

Some things in the room was't good like the tab in the bathroom and in the room there was a mirror not fixed on the wall and it can be broken , we complain but they did't fix it.
