hotel in posizione centrale. Comodo per fare acquisti e turismo.Buona la prima colazione.Staff hotel estremamente disponibile. Le stanze comunicanti hanno il probema dell'insonorizzazione. SI sentono addirittura i discorsi degli ospiti accanto. Abbiamo cambiato stanza, andando al 5 piano da soli. Penso che il probema rimanga con l'hotel pieno. |

la posizione difficoltà al pagamento con la carta di credito (Diners); il personale non ha voluto che pagassimo la sera prima di partire il soggiorno (la partenza era la mattina alle 4,20), facendoci così perdere tempo la mattina e rischiando di farci perdere il pulman per l'aeroporto. |

la posizione dell'albergo è ottima... arrivi a piedi dovunque abbiamo preso un letto matrimoniale con piumoni singoli che si sovrappongono... comunque è andato bene |

The Hotel Zentrum was very well located in the heart of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel needs to be redecorated. It needs new carpets and a fresh lick of paint. Also there is a terrible smell of smoke in the buillding. |

My family and I enjoyed the location, it is very near the shopping area, with eateries and train station nearby as well. The breakfast was good, with wide variety. However, the best was the staff. They were friendly and helpful. The night staff was caring as my husband was sick. Glad to have chosen this hotel. The room carpet needs some attention. |

The staff was extremely helpful working around my limited German with perfect English. I've stayed at this hotel two separate times while in Frankfurt. You can't beat the location. There's not much to dislike about the hotel but I found it a bit odd to my American sensibilities that my credit card was charged months prior to my stay when I actually booked the room online. The dollar was stronger against the euro back then so I'm not complaining. |

I like the location of the hotel in the middle of the Centre of Frankfurt. Maybe you have to change the carpets in the hallway of the second floor. Now it looks quite old fashioned |

Great location next to Goetheplatz and ZeilGalerie shopping. Breakfast was very good , lots of choices. Wifi worked well. Would come back. |

Excellent location near shopping areas and downtown Frankfurt. S-Bahn (underground) right in front of the hotel's door. Great breakfast included. For a 3 star hotel very good. The hotel is in an area where it is difficult to park. The nearest public parking is normally full. No air conditioning in room. |
