ロケーションは最高。中央駅にも便がよし、何をするにも便利でした。 建物の都合上か、上下の移動が常にエレベーターでなくてはならないのが面倒でした。町の中なので、安全のた- めにはいいのかもしれませんが。 |

ﾌﾗﾝｸﾌﾙﾄの中心にある駅から近いので、空港から郊外電車(S ﾊﾞｰﾝ）を利用して重たい荷物があっても比較的楽に早く(約３０分）このホテルに着けるのが良い。 |

ホテルチェンジを頼まれたので了承し指定されたホテルに行ったら、そのホテルは予約されていなく、宿泊でき- るホテルを探している間約3時間ほどロビーで待たされた。その間謝罪の一言もない。 このホテルはロケーションで選んだのに次のホテルは郊外だった。しかも1泊しかそのホテルは予約できなかっ- たのか、翌日は戻って来いとの事で朝一番で戻ったりと時間をロスしてしまった。観光に費やす時間が少なくな- ってしまった。その事に関してロビーではきちんと申し送りされていなかったのか、説明すると「ソーリー」の- 一言。タクシー代も請求すると若い女性は、分からないから15時過ぎにまた尋ねろと。次は絶対に予約しない- し、お勧めも出来ない。 |

The staff was extremely helpful working around my limited German with perfect English. I've stayed at this hotel two separate times while in Frankfurt. You can't beat the location. There's not much to dislike about the hotel but I found it a bit odd to my American sensibilities that my credit card was charged months prior to my stay when I actually booked the room online. The dollar was stronger against the euro back then so I'm not complaining. |

I like the location of the hotel in the middle of the Centre of Frankfurt. Maybe you have to change the carpets in the hallway of the second floor. Now it looks quite old fashioned |

Great location next to Goetheplatz and ZeilGalerie shopping. Breakfast was very good , lots of choices. Wifi worked well. Would come back. |

Excellent location near shopping areas and downtown Frankfurt. S-Bahn (underground) right in front of the hotel's door. Great breakfast included. For a 3 star hotel very good. The hotel is in an area where it is difficult to park. The nearest public parking is normally full. No air conditioning in room. |

20 meters away from train station and market no air conditioning,but windows do open and fan was provided by front desk.This place was a little hard to see considering the lobby was on the second floor. |

The very central location was excellent for a family. Sightseeing did not require that many steps. The receptionists were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The noise from the street comes to the rooms on that side. Carbage trucks woke me up 6 in the morning. |

Really couldn't be more central, within an easy walk to public transportation, shops, and extraordinary cultural attractions. Room clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast! Friendly staff. Quite noisy at night (in front room with window open in hot weather!), but inevitable with central location. The hotel name should figure more prominently on the facade, for convenience of new arrivals. |

Location Arrival: the room we booked (non-smoking guaranteed queen bed) not available, instead offered a smoky smelling room with two twin beds. Concierge told us nothing else available until the next night, and then suggested we walk over to the 'sister hotel' two blocks away to see their rooms as "lots of queens and kings available there". |
