It's a quiet location. I stayed in the guesthouse. Some trouble with internet access which is for a business trip essential.

We have stayed in a flat, it wasn't luxurious but it was OK for one night. It had a kitchenette, a big bathroom. Free parking. A little bit expensive, taking into account that it's outside Frankfurt am Main. I am a person who travels a quite a lot and I can tell you that for the same price you can get luxurious hotels downtown Frankfurt am Main, Hannover, Munchen, Berlin, Nuremberg, and other german cities.

Schönes Apartment, sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür Service beim Frühstück grenzwertig. Kein heißes Wasser für Tee, Butter gab es nur auf Nachfrage- diese war dann auch noch gefroren.

nichts die damen an der rezeption waren unfreundlich und desinteressiert - im zimmer war die heizung teilweise ausgefallen, im bad war es kalt duschen war nicht möglich, kein retaurantbetrieb

Wir hatten 6 Wochen vor der Anreise für unser Wellness Wochenende ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool oder Sauna in diesem 4 Sterne Hotel gebucht und auch bestätigt bekommen. Der Zimmerpreis betrug 126 Euro pro Nacht. Bei der Anreise sagte man uns, dass das Hotel belegt sei und wir ein Zimmer im "Gästehaus gleich nebenan" hätten. Tatsächlich war das Gästehaus ca. 300m entfernt und entspricht einem Mehrfamilienhaus, was zu einfachen Hotelzimmern umgebaut wurde. Unser Zimmer sollte im Dachgeschoss sein und hatte kaum Stehhöhe. Das Duschbad war klein und einfach ausgestattet und entsprach etwa 2 Sterne Zustand. Keine Sauna, kein Whirlpool, kein Wasserbett oder vergleichbares. Für Frühstück, Sauna, Schwimmbad oder Anwendungen hätten wir also minutenlang durch den kalten Regen laufen müssen. Wir sind unverrichteter Dinge wieder nach Hause gefahren und sehr enttäuscht über dieses Hotel. Gelinde gesagt, fühlen wir uns einfach an der Nase herum geführt!!!

Nichts. Hatte ofters bei ihnen reserviert und hatte zuvor nie so ein situation gesehen. Wir wurden in ein anderes geböde verlegt ohne informiert zu werde. Wir hatten 1 Stunde zuvor bescheid gegeben dass wir uns etwa 2 Stunden verspätet haben daraufhin internet verlandt was nicht interlassen worden ist und auch nicht informiert worden dass wir uns etwa 500 meters in ein anderes geböde gewechselt.

Der Service, das Frühstück, die Mitarbeiter Der Wellnessbereich hält leider nicht das was er auf den Bildern verspricht, ebenso die Zimmer, welche sehr groß sind entsprechen nicht wirklich dem was sie einen auf den Bildern versprechen....

Wenn ich 149 Euro für ein Doppelzimmer bezahle erwarte ich auch dies einem gewissen Standart Das Wasserbett hatte für ein Doppelbett nur eine Kammer. Darurch dat man jede Bewegung die der Partner Nachts beim Schlafen gemacht hat mitgemacht die sollten mal auf einen neueren Stand gebracht werden den es schon 15 Jahre gibt wir werden dies bezüglich dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen wenn man keine Nacht schläft.

Die Dame am Empfang hat sich sofort bemüht unserem Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer nachzukommen und war dabei auch noch sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren nicht so wie beschrieben - erst nach 2 mal reklamieren hatten wir dann ein Zimmer, das der Beschreibung entsprach.
