The location is goof being at the top of the reperbann. The room was clean and tidy although slighty small. The breakfast was optional at 9 euro but did not offer much other than traditional european cheese ham ect. However the staff that I saw were friendly and the place was spotlessly clean. The shower was fantastic but the water runs of the back tiled plinth onto the floor I was suprised to see half and inch of water all over the bathroom which I had to mop up with my towels. But this is only minor problem dont let it put you off as the rooms ad hotel are very comfortable |

Good location, helpful staff.The other reviews mention checking in at a Best Western. The hotel (now perhaps) has its own check in facilities with helpful staff. |

It was close to the fischmarket. The hotel is at the end of Reeperbahn street = sex shops, sex shows, basically a mega red light district...Not recommended if you have children! The bathroom needs renovations. The hallway smells like old socks. |

Hotel hat eine optimale Lage. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Stockflecken im Bad bzw. in der Dusche. Keine funktionierende Heizung im Wohnbereich . Leider hat mir im Bad und WC die Art der Heizung überhaupt nicht gefallen |

Die Lage Dass es nur heißes Wasser gab! !!!Wir konnten weder am Abend der Ankunft noch am nächsten Morgen duschen. Das freundliche (!) Personal bemühte sich aber und wir konnten am 2. Tag das Zimmer wechseln. |

Der Empfang bei Ankunft. Pragtische Zimmer zur Kurzübernachtung. Der Kofferraum zum Unterstellen bei späterer Abfahrt als 11 Uhr. Die Zimmerauswahl zwischen Straße und Innenhof wurde nicht erwähnt.Straßenseite sehr laut. Der Kofferraum wurde nicht Be-aufsichtig die Mitnahne Fremder Koffer ist möglich. Abstellen und Abholen nur gegen Marke ( wie bei Real). Fugen in der Dusche sollten von Stockflecken beseitig werden. |

Die Nähe zum Hafen. es ist sehr hellhörig. Der Preis ist m.E. bei diesem Komport zu hoch, allein die Lage rechtfertigt nicht den Preis. |

in wenigen Fußminuten kann man zu einigen der markantesten Orte Hamburgs gelangen, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, gute kulturelle Einrichtungen sehr nahe. Für Selbstverpfleger Supermarkt um die Ecke. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Badezimmer sind recht klein. |

Zentral gelegen,aber auch sehr ruhig. Wir hatten Glück mit unseren Fahrrädern, das wir sie in die Tiefgarage stellen konnten.Schade, daß das Hotel für solche Zwecke nicht eine eigene Unterbringungsmöglichkeit hat. |
