Nice staff. Great breakfasts. Lovely lobby area for chilling out. Well stocked bar. Surprisingly and pleasantly quiet considering it's proximity to Reeperbahn. Very clean.
Although staying on my own I booked a double room for the comfort factor. I decided to catnap a stray to see if the room size passed the acid test but sadly there was no way for me to get into the room with said pet so I could not swing it around. Additionally, unless you have legs that unhinge, you would need to be the world's greatest living contortionist to sit on the loo.No in room facilities and glass porthole in bathroom a little off putting. Even with a favourable exhange rate I think this place has been priced because of location not comfort or facilities.
Very close to S1 train station going directly to airport. Easy to get everywhere. Nice people in the reception, very helpful.
very close to Reeperbahn action
Pillows had no support
-CLEANLINESS -GOOD BREAKFAST BUT A BIT EXPENSIVE
1. NO TELEPHONE IN THE ROOM 2. THE DRAINS NEED CLEENING 3. NO ADDITIONAL PILLOW 4. NO HAIR DRYER 5. TOO FEW CLOTHES HANGERS
Absolutely everything. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms with plenty of wardrobe space.
The location of the hotel - a bit 2 close 2 the red light district of Hamburg.
- Location - restaurant
- High price (we paid 155 eur per room), - breakfast shall be paid separately (additional 10 EUR), -
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good stay - no complaints. It's close to the Reeperbahn so if you're traveling as a family this may not be for you.
location,friendly,value for money
Easy check-in, convenient moderately priced parking in garage below hotel. Breakfast was very good.
The hotel is situated at the very end of the notorious Reeperbahn, one of the most well known red light districts in Germany. Not a street for families with small children. It can be a bit noisy in the late evening.
Close to Reeperbahn and good communications.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent language skills. Room was nice and comfortable.
We would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room but would definitely still go back
Staff excellent and bar reasonably priced.
Location depends on what you think of the Reeperbahn. If you like it location is great. If you think it's just ugly, as I do, location is poor.
great location and very good staff
mattress a little uncomfortable and had trouble turning on the shower
Great location and far enough way from the Reeperbhan but closer enough to go to it!
Only had one pillow in the room which had now comfort
The location was excellent for the University area. The hotel is fine - nothing negative to say.
It is a bit of a rough area near the Reeperbahn and as a solo female, I would think again about staying near this area.
Helpfulness of the staff
The vombnied sink/shower tap was awkward to us
Location for the Reeperbahn was excellent and couldn't be any closer to reeperbahn station.
The hotel bar didn't open until 1500, which when on a stag trip was a little annoying.
Good location ok for what you pay. No facility in room bad wifi helpful stuff
