“ It's one of best 4-stars hotels I had ever stay. Helpful staff, everything well organized (E.G. coffe express in room, free minibar, etc.). Very good located, near many good restaurants. Pool is enough if you don't count on something like in seaside resorts. Great breakfest service. Only regret that I stayed there such a short time. ”

Spa was great, breakfast very good. Beds could have been more comfortable, pretty typical for Europe though. The spa is always booked way in advance. Room guests should get some priority for day to day reservations

Location to the centre of town Pretty building Complimentary coffee and cakes in the bar from 3pm Large spacious room with seating area Toiletries in the bathroom were fab Complimentary minibar & coffee in the room was great Breakfast was a bit chaotic - tables not really laid up, hard to order coffee, didn't really promote or make it easy to order cooked eggs, bacon etc. Lack of free wifi in the rooms. 3G connection was also poor throughout the hotel Lack of teabags in the room

Usually, European hotels have small rooms. This hotel has very spacious rooms. The sauna/pool area is beautiful, and the outdoor dining area is lovely. Its being close to great shopping and beautiful downtown Garmisch was great, just a couple of blocks away, but still peaceful. We will be back. It only has wired Internet in the rooms, but wi-fi in an area just off the lobby.

What a terrific place the staff were terrific the rooms were awesome and they had a hot tub and pool plus spas. They also had afternoon snacks plus a free mini bar. The room was spacious and modern. With a balcony so you could overlook the beautiful moountans of germany. Also you can easily go to the hightest mountain in germany. Was a bit expensive but well worth the money.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Diesmal haben wir allerdings über Booking gebucht. Alles genauso angetroffen, wie vorher auch. Ankommen und sich einfach wohlfühlen. Tolles Hotel. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiedekommen.

Удачно расположен, хороший Спа, большие и комфортные номера с хорошим балконом. Обслуживание в ресторане было отвратительным - прождав меню 15 минут мы ушли, так и не дождавшись официанта.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gepflegte Wellnessanlage, Zimmergröße auch bei EZ in Ordnung, Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, das Zitruswasser und die Liegen im Ruhebereich der Sauna, kostenloses WLAN (auch wenn ich mich im Viertelstundentakt neu anmelden musste ;-)), gute Lage Es sind nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die sich leicht verbessern lassen: es war sehr sauber, nur der Föhn im Bad war ziemlich batzig - den sollte man auch mit abwischen. Der Ruheraum der Sauna ist nicht wirklich ruhig, weil das Hallenbad nur durch eine Tür getrennt ist und sich die Gäste im Saunabereich duschen und lautstark dabei unterhalten. Wie schon an der Rezeption angemerkt, fände ich bei einem Hotel mit 50% weiblicher Belegung angemessen, wenn auch kleinere Bademantelgrößen als XL auf dem Zimmer wären (bzw. es einen Hinweis gäbe, dass man einen kleineren auf Anfrage bekommen kann). Wie gesagt, es sind Kleinigkeiten.

Hervorragender Service mit sehr nettem Empfang. Sehr gute Betreuung während des Aufenthalts. Echtes Highlight ist die Espressomaschine im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück und die Jause sind zum wohlfühlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nella suite Daniel ed è stato splendido. Al mattino abbiamo avuto la visione del monte Zugspitze direttamente dal balcone della camera da letto. Molto romantico! Ottimo lo staff dell'hotel!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich die Atmosphäre gemütlich und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet das das essen im Restaurant vorzüglich es ist zu empfehlen wenn Mann gemütlich wohnen will und nicht in ein großes Hotel will .

Da vi kom for å sjekke inn, var rommet ikke helt klart. Vi ble bedt om å vente på terrassen hvor vi ble servert drikkevarer på huset. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom personale, rent og fint og flott beliggenhet. Selv om vi hadde en suite, så synes vi 650 Euro pr natt i litt i dyreste laget.

The internet connection in the room did not work. A bit expensive, fair price for this hotel would be in my opinion around 140e per night.

Sauna-area Ontbijt kamer uitzicht gratis WiFi ligging Minibar op de kamer was tot voor kort INCLUSIEF. HELAAS is dat veranderd en is zelfs het koelkastje uit de kamer verwijderd........ JAMMER
