This was a great place to get over transatlantic jet lag, before my wife had to go to do some consulting for the German government the next day. The room was very clean and quiet, with a nice view onto a courtyard garden. The bathroom was very nicely renovated, the best of many similarly priced hotels I have stayed at in Germany. It has an excellent location with shops and restaurants, very well situated within two blocks of the db, U-bahn, and many bus stops. My wife took the bus the next morning virtually door to door to the dfg. The Rhine is about a 10 min walk through the beautiful turn of the 20th century Villa Quarter. The keep of the Bad Godesberg castle (the rest was blown up during the religious wars resulting from the Reformation) and St Marien Church make a nice walk in the other direction. There was also a Christmas market around the corner from the hotel. Free wireless would have been nice, but the computer in the hall did fine for checking in for my flight the next day to Berlin, and other details. The hall computer does not have a printer though so you have to ask the person at the desk to print things for you. The hotel is a 50 euro taxi ride from the Koeln-Bonn Airport.

Das Hotel ist sehr klein und persönlich. Obwohl es nicht im Zentrum von Bonn liegt, sondern in Bad Godesberg, war es für meine Zwecke genau richtig, da ich auf dem schnellsten Wege zur Zentrale des daad gelangen wollte. Zwei U-Bahn Linien, die sowohl nach Bonn als auch nach Köln fahren, sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Leider hab ich von der Umgebung nicht allzu viel mitbekommen, das Hotel liegt jedoch in einer Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften, scheint aber trotzdem ruhig zu sein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für meine Zwecke in Ordnung. Besonders schön war das Bad. Aus meinem Zimmer guckte man direkt auf einen ungepflegten Hinterhof. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sehr kalt (im Januar keine Heizung an) und musste erstmal aufgeheizt werden. Nachts waren leider unablässig Geräusche aus den Wasserleitungen in den Wänden zu hören, was auf Dauer etwas störend wurde.

Da wir nur eine Nacht im Hotel zum Adler übernachtet haben und für uns die Lage des Hotels das wichtigste Auswahlkritierium war, können wir nur wenig Aussagekräftiges mitteilen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig, ein schönes und renoviertes Bad mit einer begehbaren Dusche. Lediglich die Badezimmertür wies einen Schaden auf. Das Frühstücksbuffett war überraschend vielfältig und wurde liebevoll serviert.

Ein sehr kleines, feines Hotel. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend, das Personal dort sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Badezimmer war neu renoviert, echt chic und alles sehr sauber. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, aber natürlich ausreichend, wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist.

Sehr funktional, ohne schnick-schnack, sehr guter Standard für den Preis, sehr gute Lage im Zentrum Bad Godesberg und guter öpnv Anschluss nach Bonn, Nähe des Bahnhofs Da das Hotel ja als garni geführt wird wäre es besser, wenn man für das Abendessen konkrete Hinweise bekommen würde, auch zu restaurants anderer Hotels - zum Beispiel Hotel Insel. Der Hinweis lediglich auf Mac Donalds um die Ecke war etwas dürftig.

Le personnel était très correct. L'hôtel était absolument propre. La situation géographique dans une zone piétonne. La proximité de la gare de Bad Godesberg (bonnes relations vers Bonn et Köln). Pour atteindre la réception il faut monter un escalier jusqu'au premier étage, ce qui peut poser des problèmes à certaines personnes (pas d'accès ascenseur au rez-de-chaussée). Nous nous sentions un peu à l'étroit dans notre chambre.

De ligging De kamer is zeker geen Euro 250,00 waard.Kamer leek niet op de foto website, heel kleine kamer, aparte kleine niet comfortable matrassen.Ontbijt was correct.

Klein aber fein Kaffee war sehr gut,aber das Personal war beim Frühstück mit den viellen Gästen etwas überfordert. Trotzdem hat es mir sehr gut gefallen.

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad komfortabel, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Das Frühstücksbuffett ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir fühlten uns wohl!! Die Tiefgarage wo wir unseren pkw abstellen konnten war ziemlich beengt.

Die zentrale Lage (Einkaufszonen, Bahnhofsnähe) und doch sehr ruhig. Das neue, sehr moderne Bad. Es ist zwar klein, aber mit großer Dusche. Der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein. Wegen des sommerlichen Wetters war es dort sehr warm.
