The parking situation is not the best. Unless you can snag a space in the very limited area behind the hotel, you have to drive around a bit to get to the underground garage which is a bit tight to get into and out of. Parking in the lot is not free, but there is a secure direct passage from the underground garage into the hotel. The breakfast buffet is OK, but not up the same standard as I have had in other non-chain hotels in Germany.
I have been a return guest at this superb hotel since September, 2010. The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful, and can answer just about any question about the shopping in Erding as well as Munich. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean, but just like other non-chain hotels in Germany, King size beds do not exist. I am six feet tall, and I have found the beds to be very comfortable. The hotel restaurant serves excellent regional Bavarian food as well as a more generic continental menu. The Erdinger Weißbräu brewery is located at the end of town, and their house beer is as fresh as you can get. The best light and dark Weißbier I have ever tasted. The restaurant buffet is good, but I prefer to have a true Bavarian Breakfast; Weißbier, Weißwürst, and a delicious freshly baked pretzel. Highly recommended!
