“ The hotel was completely rebuilt and opened on in august 2012. The exterior looked ordinary and the hotel appeared small but once inside, we are completely surprised. Loved our room layout with the bank of windows and sunny walk out balcony. The desk and sofa set to side of room was a great email and work space for my husbands morning calls with Asia. My husband very impressed with the level of interior deco workmanship and materials! Also the breakfast selection very fresh and varied. We took an evening repast in the main dining room- my gnocchi (which was the chefs special) was lovely! Cooked perfectly, with a very aromatic pesto. My husband who is Chinese ordered a grilled chicken with Asian vegetables. He was duly impressed at the light cooking of the fresh vegetables.

The hotel was completely rebuilt and opened on in august 2012. The exterior looked ordinary and the hotel appeared small but once inside, we are completely surprised. The hotel is large yet very boutique. Very modern and beautiful inside especially the restaurants and in particular, the breakfast room where the entire ceiling is glass. Breakfast was excellent and 5 star quality and service. The rooms are spacious and very modern. Best of all is the Technogel memory foam pillows and mattress. My husband lives the bed and keeps on saying this is the best bed he's ever slept in. We were planning to stay a couple of nights but ended up staying a week. We travelled and stayed elsewhere but decided to come back to this hotel. We ve been traveling all around Germany for 4 months in the past 1 year and by far, this is the best hotel we've stayed in. This is also the first review I've given a hotel as I generally don't like to give a review as each person's taste and experiences are different. As my husband raved so much about this hotel and...bed, I felt its worthwhile to give a review. We ll definitely come back to Zum lowen. Oh, the other great feature is ...the location. It's right smack on the centre of Duderstadt on the only shopping and pedestrian strip. It is very convenient as all the shops are right outside the hotel. It would be nice if the price is lower but although it is a modern 4 star hotel, it feels 5 star and all the staff are really nice and friendly. Restuarant foods are fairly expensive but it is fine fining.

Simpelweg geweldig hotel, zeer ruime kamers, die geluiddicht zijn. Uitstekende keuken, behulpzaam personeel en gelegen aan een gezellig plein waar je in de zomer heerlijk op het terras kunt borrelen... niets

sehr schönes großzügiges Zimmer in modernem Design; das Hotel wurde gut durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert; gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Service und endlich mal ein schöner Raucherbereich (Kaminzimmer)! Leider hatten wir keine Zeit für den Wellnessbereich - aber nächstes Mal bestimmt. Spiegeltür zum Bad ist nachts/bei Dunkelheit ziemlich transparent... Ich verstehe, dass man mit der "Rest-Renovierung" schnell fertig werden möchte, aber Hämmern an der Fassade direkt unter einem belegten Zimmer morgens um 7 - 7.30 Uhr muss nicht sein.

We liked most of the staff and the hotel's new decor is very nice. The location was good for our purpose of travel. The breakfast buffet is excellent! We were woken up several times in the middle of the night by an alarm caused by a faulty sensor. ( it was going to be serviced the day we left)

Das ganze Ambiente Dass die Duschabtrennung zu schmal ist und nach dem Duschen das Wasser zum Teil im anderen Bereich des Bades stand.

Zum Teil noch nicht vollständig, man hat das Gefühl es wurde schnell eröffnet. Wir lieben Wellness und für mich geht es überhaupt nicht, dass es kein Duschgel in der " wirklich wunderschönen" Saunawelt gibt.
