The hotel was very well situated for Friedricthafen and Ravensburg The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel decor was a little dated in our room Not sure if the spa was avaialble

Kind staff Room 323 under the roof, no airco, no ventilator, that means hot !!! Impossible to sleep till midnight. Then noise of the traffic and in the aeraly morning airplanes flying around. We booked 2 nights. On the 2nd day at 14:30 the room was not cleaned yet so we decided to sleep somewhere else. This is not a 3 star hotel ! Never again!

Frühstück war ok. Bezahlung wurde gleich bei der Ankunft verlangt. Das ist uns bisher noch nich´t passiert. Zimmer war für den Preis viel zu klein!

Die Leitung und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens (sehr laut!). Das Mobilar ist zum Teil sehr abgenutzt und die sanitären Anlagen weisen unansehnliche Gebrauchsspuren auf und fallen zum Teil komplett aus (WC-Spülung).

Tolle Küche, großes Lob an die Küchencrew – der Spargel war erste Qualität! Obwohl die Terrasse und Restaurant voll besetzt war, schneller und superfreundlicher Service. Dort wird sogar flambiert!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Preis Leistung stimmt! Das Restaurant hat mit allem sehr überzeugt! Das Essen war Spitze, sehr netter Service, Preis war mehr als angemessen! Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen

Dass bei zu später Ankuft noch einer da war !!! Die zimmer waren nicht so schön ! Teppich nicht richtig Sauber ! Im Bad das waschbecken in zimmer 307 direkt 1 etage links neben dem aufzug wenn man den raus geht ! das becken war un apetitlich sollte erneuert werden !

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gutes Essen. Der alte schmuddelige Teppich im Zimmer war wirklich ekelig. / Wir haben fast eine Stunde aufs Abendessen gewartet, was mit kleinen Kindern am Tisch eher mühsam ist.

Service aufmerksam, freundlich und flexibel. Küche gepflegt. Als "Basis" für mehrereTage Spieleland bestens geeignet.Wir haben 1 Nacht gebucht und sind 3 geblieben. Auf der Speisekarte fehlt uns etwas "Italianità", Z.Bsp. Spaghetti Napoli und Penne alla Panna.

Frühstücks-Büffet sehr gut. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Der Autolärm und der nahe Flughafen. Die Fliesen im Bad teilweise gesprungen - müssen unbedingt erneuert werden. Ebenso die kompletten Waschtischarmaturen.
