Just a few minutes drive from Dresden City and from the A4 motorway you will find our popular and friendly hotel, situated in a beautiful and quiet area.

It is possible to reach the famous sights by public transport in 20 minutes, such as the Semper Opera, the Church of Our Lady, Dresden’s Royal Palace or the Zwinger Palace. Also, Dresden’s International Congress Centre is only 10 minutes away by car.

There is a beautiful view of the mountains of Lößnitz and the city centre from almost every room. There is also one free parking space available with each room.

If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Food & beverage

Our rich and healthy breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant daily from 07:00 (earlier on request).

From 18:00 Monday to Saturday we also serve choice dishes and culinary seasonal delights. Our speciality is our fresh fish.

In the summer months the terrace under the walnut tree is a particularly attractive spot.

The Hotel Pension Zum Nussbaum offers comfortable, contemporary and well-furnished rooms and apartments, some with a balcony or terrace, which are spaced out over two buildings - the main hotel building and the guest house.

Right at the hotel there is a beautiful landscape protection area, ideal for walking, jogging and bicycle tours.
Dresden city is easy to reach by car or public transport that takes you to all objects of interest like Frauenkirche, the Castle, the Orangerie, the famous Semper opera house. Downtown you may book a variety of sightseeing tours and trips to the area attractions around Dresden.

Very friendly personnel, helpful and homely.
Quiet neighborhood, but easy to reach by car (bring a map though).
Decent breakfast.

The pillows were quite terrible, so you might want to bring one of your own.
It was not allowed to take anything with you from breakfast. But probably they had a lot of customers that exploited breakfast, so not a really big problem.

Es liegt etwas Abseits in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, aber trotzdem
noch relativ Zentrumsnah zur Innenstadt.Für Gäste die sehr grossen Wert
auf Ruhe sowohl in der Nacht als auch am Tage legen, ist dieses Hotel
sehr zu empfehlen.

Nein, uns ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen.

Sehr nette zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr sauberer Toiletten - WC - Bereich im Zimmer, sehr reichliches Frühstück. Ruhige Lage, schöner Ausblick. Alles OK!

Es un hotel a las afueras de Dresde. Tiene mucha tranquilidad. Los medios de transporte urbanos quedaban lejos para cogerlos. Nosotros habíamos alquilado un coche y por eso no tuvimos problemas para llegar al centro.

El desayuno era un poco limitado, no ponían tostadas. Los horarios eran muy limitados también. A las 9,00 ya no reponían comida para desayunar. El horario del bar-restaurante era muy estricto, a las 22,00 cerraban y ya no podías tomar nada. No es un hotel de tres estrellas tal y como entendemos en España.

De ligging in een rustige woonwijk met goede busverbinding (vlak bij bushalte gratis parkeren,als het lopen ernaar toe, 1,5 km, te ver zou zijn.
