Excellent location, in the middle of the Altstadt. Good private parking space. The nearby Altstadt is very nice, many restaurants of all kind.

The accommodation is basic, but with an acceptable quality/price relation.

Very convenient, very clean, very well located in the center of the town, good breakfest, nice beds, clean bathroom. Everything was perfect.

This hotel is fine. The rooms are clean but lack decor. There is probably better options for Hedielberg.

Excellent food, available parking, excellent location (close to main area) but it was noise secundary to location. Ear plugs solved the problem.

Heidelberg is a very nice city. It is historic, nice shopes and many restaurants. THis hotel offers to stay in the center of the city, with parking place. Additionally the hotel offers wifi and a good breakfast. The breakfast even includes an egg which is prepared (boiled not too long or short) just right. So everything to make a visit worthwhile.

The beds are not too large. If you are over 1.90m it might be preferrable to reserve a two person bed room.

Yummy breakfast and great location just off the main square in the alte stadte. Close to the bus stop for getting to the train station.

The room is tiny with not enough space for luggage storage and barely enough room for two people to move around each other in the room. Too expensive for the size of the room.

Convenient location, within a few minutes walk of everywhere in Old Heidelberg. Plentiful buffet breakfast. Pleasant staff. Quiet location - the loudest thing at night was the delightful church bells.

Despite request for non-smoking room, unfortunately there was a strong tobacco smell (though essentially confined to the loo, and so you could shut it away. The internet access is advised as "x euros for 24 hours", and it is not clear that you can use this 24 hours over a period of up to 3 months. This makes it good value, but I did not know this when booking, and paid for three days.

The hotel is close to the Hauptstrasse in Heidelberg. We enjoyed very much: the location ( we had no issue with the noise caused by the pool bar very close to hotel, we stayed at 2nd floor), the beds are very good, the hotel is clean and it smells nice, the breakfast was great (offered a bit early from 7 to 10), people at the hotel were very very nice, and they spoke excellent English.

The bathroom was actually situated in the hall. The sink was at the very entrance of the room, in the hall. The shower was separate with glass but however the hall and bathroom were basically in same room. It does not matter very much if you don't stay too long in the room (as we did).

Staff went out of their way to help with everything. Reasonable rate for internet connection. Room (2nd floor, rear) was really very quiet as requested.Good location near pedestrian area. Requested parking was available near hotel and reasonably priced. Breakfast included and good.

Small room (attic with dormer window) and bathroom. Furniture sufficient and modern, but austere, With our many pieces of luggage, little space left to move around..
