Hotel is good and well located in Heidelberg. It's a little pricey though...

Unfortunately, WiFi connection didn't work in any of our 3 rooms booked.

The location was just perfect, almost in the heart of Altstadt! The room was very large and clean enough and the breakfast was nice! Recommended

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, a fantastic buffet breakfast in the morning. If you want quaint and a true European hotel experience, this is the place.

Hotel is in a fantastic location in the centre of the Old Town. The receptionist in the evening was really helpful, he recommended places to go although the one in the morning was so grumpy. Really good breakfast and large room. We stayed on a Sunday night you could hear noise from the street. I think on a Saturday it would be unbearable.

The situation is perfect, 100m from city center. The hotel has a partnership with a parking lot which offers 25% discount when you stay at the hotel (9€/24h).

The hotel is very close to the city center, but also from a few bars. That is good when you want to have a drink, but once you want to sleep it's an other story. It was friday night and from 11:30 pm until 3:30 am the street was full of drunk and crying students. I'm also student and I know what it is, but I really needed to sleep and the window in our room was very old. We had the feeling being down the street with all these guys. I will not recommend this hotel, just because of the poor windows.

Good location, the staff were friendly and helpful as we changed room arrangements on arrival.

We really liked the staff; they were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Allover this is a great value, with the low cost and right smack in the middle of old town Heidelberg.

Great location and within walking distance to all the Christmas markets.

We booked a quad room and it was not the room that was pictured when we booked. Our room was through the dining room which was a little odd to walk out in the morning to people eating their breakfast. Breakfast was also meek and not a great selection. Also, the pillows where way too big and fluffy for my liking.

Location was perfect and in the heart of the Altstadt, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and included a nice breakfast buffet. Rate was very reasonable.

No parking was available onsite during our stay but there is a parking garage within easy walking distance and the garage offers a discount to hotel guests so even that was not a negative.

Heidelberg is a very nice city. It is historic, nice shopes and many restaurants. THis hotel offers to stay in the center of the city, with parking place. Additionally the hotel offers wifi and a good breakfast. The breakfast even includes an egg which is prepared (boiled not too long or short) just right. So everything to make a visit worthwhile.

The beds are not too large. If you are over 1.90m it might be preferrable to reserve a two person bed room.

Yummy breakfast and great location just off the main square in the alte stadte. Close to the bus stop for getting to the train station.

The room is tiny with not enough space for luggage storage and barely enough room for two people to move around each other in the room. Too expensive for the size of the room.
