Very friendly staff Clean and comfortable room Excellent breakfast I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator in the room. Only German channels on the television

Room was beautiful - both comfortable and stylish. Great little town just a few miles from the Nurburgring. Annex 200 metres from reception - could be a problem in bad weather. Adenau traffic very noisy all through the night (it was so hot we had to sleep with our windows open).

Generally staff were very helpful and food was great. Room was neat and tidy and clean. We were in room 28 which has no air con and only one window that opened right above the kitchen extractor fan so with the window open all we got was the smells from the kitchen, not nice. Thank fully we were only there for one night and never again. DON'T HAVE ROOM 28

Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption und auch die Möglichkeit das Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz einen weiteren Tag abstellen zu können, obwohl ich da nicht mehr übernachtet hatte. Gutes Abendessen und auch Frühstück. Sehr gutes Zimmer und sanitäre Anlagen im 'Alten Gerberhaus'.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zu vorkommend und nett war wirklich sehr angenehm. Haarföhn hatte nicht funktioniert wurde aber sofort ersetzt, motzen auf hohem Niveau :-)

die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei in unserem Bad war der Lüfter extrem laut und lief sehr lange, WLAN war nicht im gesamten Hotel vorhanden

Unser Zimmer war mit einer Milchglasscheibe versehen, damit wir das Elend von vor dem Fenster nicht zu sehen brauchten! Sowas ist nicht zumutbar Wir kamen mit dem Fahrrad und standen vor verschlossenen Türen, man mußte sich in der "Blauen Ecke Hotel anmelden, wenig freundlich!

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant ist gut. Der Lärm den man von der vielbefahrenen Strasse bis spät in die Nacht im Zimmer hören kann wenn man zur Strassenfront ein Zimmer hat.

Ontvangst was keurig. Wel in een ander hotel maar dat was maar een klein stuk. We hebben ook in het andere hotel moeten overnachten. Beetje vreemd maar verder geen probleem Het was heerlijk weer maar geen airco of iets dergelijks op de kamer dus heel erg warm snachts.
