The accommodation was clean and very spacious.The kitchen area was well equiped.The beds were comfortable.Good hairdryer.Coffee and tea was made available and was much appreciated on our arrival. The steps to the property were very steep and not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility problems.The accommodation was on the top floor of the three storey building.The last flight of stairs were perilous for my 80 year old mother and myself.I was not able to use the upper bedroom area as I could not negociate the steep narrow steps up to it.(I do not have mobility problems).The low beams in this open plan area were also an issue for even an average height adult.Our stay was 4 nights and a towel change would have been nice.There were no drapes or blinds on the windows which allowed bright sunlight in at 4am.which did wake me up.Mein host was not seen for the duration of my stay and his wine cellar was not available.

- sehr gemütlich (Parkettboden, Balken) - bequeme Betten - sehr sauber - Zimmer war am ersten Tag recht kalt (Heizung ist erst nachts angesprungen) - Bad roch aufgrund des Alters des Hauses etwas muffig (aber erträglich)

Romantisches Fachwerkhaus,liebevoll von den Eigentümern restauriert.Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Etwas abseits der Hauptverkehrsstraße in ruhiger Lage.Für eigene Versorgung eine kleine Küche.

de Engelse eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is sober, maar ruim en netjes.Het ligt in een dorp waar je heen gaat als je rust zoekt, Cochem op 8 km. Het is een prachtig oud pand, Parkeren gratis. door de krakende oude houten vloeren is het wel gehorig.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen die graag over de omgeving en de wijnen willen vertellen. Mooi karakteristiek monumentaal pand. De bedden zijn zacht en liggen heerlijk. Er zijn in totaal 2 eigen parkeerplekken, als deze bezet zijn, kun je je auto iets verderop in de straat (gratis) kwijt. De wcbril in de badkamer zat los. 's ochtends word je vrij vroeg wakker, de gordijntjes laten veel licht door en er rijden veel tractoren langs.

Het appartement was keurig en schoon. De gastheer en mevrouw waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, ook in de herfst voor wandelingen.
