There was a Ukrainian lady at the reception of the hotel who was in excellent behavior. I arrived at the hotel late, but because of me, they waited an hour for me to arrive.

The check in was very easy and the room was recently renovated and stylish. The room was a better sized room compared to many European rooms with an authentic king size bed. Bathroom was modern and had all essential items. Nice size shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was incredible. A full array of cold and hot foods. It was an excellent choice.

The reception answered instantly to my request to send a taxi for me, I was stranded in the middle of the night at the train station. After dropping my luggage in my room I was served a late night dinner on the terrace overlooking the main square and allowed to enjoy it inspite the advanced hour. The breakfast was good too.
