It was clean and in good location. Just a bit noisy! Room noise transferance. There was a baby in a room nearby that literally screamed all night and kept me and my young family awake all night - not great when we had been travelling for 12 hours and still had 12 hours to go! I also, thought I had made it clear when I booked the room that one extra bed was required not two! As one of my children could have shared with me and then only one extra bed was required. THere was only 5 in the booking anyway. But we got charged the higher amount - though one of the extra beds was not used

het is ons goed bevallen . mooie kamers ,personeel vriendelijk,mooie omgeving ,we hebben er ook gegeten en dat was erg goed .badkamer uit de jaren 80 maar goed onderhouden . niets

Die zentrale und ruhige Lage ( BAB-Anschluß, HH und Buchholz in der Nähe ), sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus, freundliches und kompotentes Personal, ausreichende kostenfreie Parkplätze. Sehr gute Küche und Frühstücksbuffett. Kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!

Wir haben in diesem Hotel ein wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht. Wir waren sehr froh, nach den Besichtigungstouren in Hamburg am Abend wieder in das Hotel zurückkehren und in Ruhe die sehr gute Küche genießen zu können. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr entgegenkommend war auch die Möglichkeit gegen Aufpreis erst am Sonntag spät am Abend abreisen zu können. So konnten wir den Sonntag noch voll nutzen und am Abend entspannt die Heimreise antreten. Das hervorragende Frühstück möchte ich nicht unerwähnt lassen. Es fehlte an nichts und das Ambiente in den verschiedenen Räumlichkeiten rechtfertigt den Titel des Flai-Hotels. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Der mega nette Kontakt, wir würden immer wieder dort buchen. Das Essen war prima und die ruhige Lage ist enfach fantastisch. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten, da sind wir schon ehrlich.

Das Hotel war gut zu finden, hat eine ruhige Lage und ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant in Haus. Das Ambiente ist schon antiquiert. Zimmerausstattung und Gasträume sind sauber aber veraltet. Das Lattenrost der Betten besteht aus Holzlatten, die sogar sichtbar sind. TV hat die nächste Größe eines Smartphones. Die Nachtischlampen funktionierten nicht einwandfrei. Das Bad ist nützlich aber nicht einladend - schon etwas älter. Das Ganz wäre bei einem angemessenen Preis gar nicht schlimm und akzeptabel.

Große ruhige Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhätnis für Hamburg-Nähe Abends mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht erreichbar, Bäder teils noch mit veralteter Technik und nicht zeitgemäßen Aussehen
