The location, the good parking availability,the excellent breakfast buffet and the helpfulness of the reception staff. The room was very dusty, giving me problems with my allergies. Also, their were cobwebs across the curtains and window in the bathroom. Check your room for cleanliness before you accept it.

Great location on main road in Ruhpolding. Great room, very Bavarian style throughout the Hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and spa facilities were very good and a lovely relaxing experience.

This hotel has a great spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc however all but the pool area is naked and full of lots of elderly Germans (all totally at home with this). Whilst I am not adverse to indulging in local culture it did put me off using the spa area, one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. a mention in the text would be helpful to allow international tourists less familiar with nudist saunas to choose.

Hauptkriterium für die Wahl dieses Hotels in Ruhpolding war ein gewisser Anspruch an Komfort. Beim Betreten des Zimmers wurden wir dahingehend enttäuscht: die Einrichtung und das Mobiliar lässt sich wohl am besten als "typisch bayrisch rustikal" beschreiben und hat sich wohl in den letzten 30 Jahren nicht wesentlich geändert. Anfangs beim Betreten des Zimmers entsprechend leichter Anflug von Frust. Fairerweise sei zu betonen, dass das Zimmer sehr sauber war. Das freundliche Personal, das ausgezeichnete Frühstück und der moderne Wellness-Bereich rechtfertigen abschließend dann doch den übernachtungspreis von rund 100€/dz. Von den Zimmern selbst darf man jedoch nicht allzu viel Schnick-Schnack erwarten. Wlan 1€/h O. 5€/24h. Ca. 20Min Autofahrt zum Skigebiet "Steinplatte".

Die Zimmer waren sauber!!! Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut, aber wenn man sein Zimmer nicht im Haupthaus hat, ist dies alles umständlich!! Das Restaurant ist wie eine Bahnhofskneipe, das Essen aber ok !!! Frühstück war im Rahmen. Fazit; für über 100.-€ pro DZ ausserhalb jedlicher Saison kann man mehr verlangen

Unklimatisierte Zimmer bei mehr als 30 Grad in Verbindung mit Federbetten / kopfkissen machen das Schlafen zur Glücksache. Die schöne Terasse im ersten Stock blieb uns verschlossen, mit der Begründung, unten sei ja auch eine, oder am nächsten Tag einfach zur Frühstücksterasse erklärt; nur zum Frühstück konnten wir sie auch nicht benutzen.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Ort.Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.Sehr sauber,Zimmer im bayrischen Stil, etwas ältere Einrichtung, trotzdem sehr schön und groß. Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna neu, sauber und wunderschön. Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt,sehr praktisch. Frühstücksbüfett alles vorhanden.Samstags Weißwurst,Sonntags Sekt. Waren sicher nicht zum letzten mal da.

Der Spa Bereich und die Kosmetikbehandlung. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist "veraltet" und die Betten sehr unbequem (die Matrazen viel zu hart).
