Zur Schönen Aussicht Hotel garni  

We stayed with our 13 yr old son and had a week skiing in Garmisch in Feb 13. The triple room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was modern and clean the hotel was not busy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was available and the food was varied and the was always enough. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great base for anyone wishing to stay in Garmisch and visit surrounding areas.

The rooms we had had a little balcony so we could sit out and look at the great view of Garmish and the Zugspitz mountain region. Not all rooms had such a great view.

There was no staff available pretty much the entire time we were there. We were told that we had to share a bathroom between the two rooms that we booked, which we didn't think was so bad, but we ended up sharing it with everyone else who had a room in our hallway. Yuck!! Towels were not replaced. On the last day we stayed, the one and only staff member we saw after we checked in didn't show to prepare the breakfast so we got ripped off on not getting our free breakfast that morning. We ended having to go to town and find a place for coffee and a roll which was just more money out of our pocket. You'll find that it's very expensive in Germany due to the crummy exchange rate for our dollar.

Location and not much else. It is still being remodeled and paint smell was everywhere. The bathroom was in need of repair since the curtain on the bathtub was falling apart. The wireless internet spotty and slow basically unusable.

When we arrived our reserved family room for four was not available and we were put into two separate bedrooms. If we knew that this is how this hotel treat guests we would have not reserved there. On our question why our room for four is not available we got some silly and meaningless explanation. Moreover, we booked 3 nights however at the time of the check- in we wanted to stay 4 nights and the lady at the front desk agreed. I guess she is not competent in her duties since she has not checked their reservations systems for 3 days. What happened on the 4 day is just totally unacceptable. We came from a short trip and we were told that staff had moved us from those two rooms onto a single room. Our clothes partially were still located in the corridor in plastic bags!!! We were told that they had another guest that arrived as scheduled to stay in our room.This was horrendous and humiliating knowing that our luggage has been handled by hotel staff because the hotel is not able to know their reservations!!! I would like to forewarn all guests coming there to have in mind that your luggage will be moved without your approval just because that incompetent hotel staff screwed up on reservations.

Our actual apartment was great and very adorable - it had a big, deep soaking tub, a comfy bed (by European standards, anyway), and a wonderful little sun porch with a backyard and a beautiful view of the mountains (weather permitting). Plenty of parking. We arrived late and they left our key in the plant by the door.

The location is terrible. It's way far away from anything in GP, and to make it worse the "restaurant" is only open for German cold buffet breakfast in the mornings, so if you want to eat you must drive yourself a few km down into town, and then you must drive yourself back. Granted, we were in an apartment and could have prepared our own food, but that's not what we wanted to do. No stand-up shower. The road leading up to is in a very bad state of disrepair. Desk is not manned; staff is virtually nonexistent.

W łazience zimna podłoga ,nieszczelności pod prysznicem i odpływie umywalki. Pokój nie przygotowany na gości, nie włączono wcześniej ogrzewania

Die ruhige Lage am Rande von Partenkirchen und der Ausblick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Guter Kaffee, Extras wie frisch zubereitete Eier nach Wunsch.

Fotos im Netz sind teilweise irreführend: - Zimmer 9 (als Komfortzimmer deklariert) ohne Ausblick, da Dachfenster über Kopfhöhe - Zimmer teils nicht gereinigt - defekte und fehlende Glühlampen - ungepflegte Duschwand - Frühstücksraum kahl und ungemütlich, verstaubte Gardinen (vgl. aber Foto im Netz!) - Büffet ohne Bedienung, Nachschub nur auf Anfrage,ohne Abwechslung Insgesamt ist dringend Renovierung und Personalaufstockung nötig; außer Betreiber keinen Mitarbeiter gesehen.

Der Name ist hier Programm. Da das Hotel auf einer Anhöhe über der Stadt liegt, hat man einen herrlichen Blick über Garmisch Partenkirchen,Skisprunganlage und auf die Zugspitze. Wir hatten die Zimmer 10 und 3...beide mit Balkon und mit beschriebener Aussicht. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt liegt im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig,sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Das Hotel entsprach 1:1 der Beschreibung.

Zeer vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame hoteleigenaar. Zeer uitgebreid en uitstekend verzorgd ontbijt. Zeer centraal gelegen in een fantastisch mooi stadje.

Tolle Lage, atemberaubender Blick auf die Berge, unbedingt Zimmer mit Balkon buchen, nette Inhaber, sehr zugewandt und immer bemüht, es dem Gast so angenehm wie möglich zu machen

Kühlschrank auf den normalen Zimmern (oder zumindest im "Allegemeinbereich") fehlt, etwas hellhörig nachts

Wir hatten das Komfortzimmer und die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist gigantisch. Man wacht früh auf und hat Blick auf Zugspitze und Wettersteingebirge. Abends gemütlich am Balkon beim Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral zur Innenstadt. Service und Frühstück o.k.man hat alles was man braucht.

Die Dusche im Zimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da aber alles sauber war ist es nicht wirklich zu bemängeln.

Erstklassige Lage, Aussicht auf die Berge. Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detaille gestaltet und eingerichtet.

Leider haben wir nicht das Apartment bekommen, das in der Beschreibung angeboten wurde. Wechsel wurde nicht erklärt. Umgang mit den Gästen etwas "hölzern"

Recepción no existe...al llegar al hotel no había nadie, tuvimos que llamar al numero del hotel y se puso un hombre y nos dijo q la llave de nuestra habitación estaba escondida en un tiesto hasta q la conseguimos encontrar..pasaron unos cuantos minutos.Nos veíamos durmiendo en la calle

الحقيقة لم يكن الفندق على المستوى المتوقع وغير مناسب للعوائل الكبيرة و الطعام كان مقبولا نوعا ما.

Top Ausblick zur Zugspitze und auf die neue Olympiaschanze, Schönes Appartement, sehr nettes Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre, Sitzplätze im Grünen unmittelbar vor dem Appartement. Hervorragendes Frühstück!

父と娘である私、二人でツークシュピッツェへの登山、近辺のハイキングのために二泊滞在しました。 ホテルの名前『美しい眺め』にあるとおり、各部屋にあるバルコニー、また朝食をとる部屋からの眺めは絶句す- るほどの美しさ。高台から視界を遮るものは何もなく、オリンピックのスキージャンプ台やツークシュピッツェ- が望めます。 素朴な雰囲気のオーナーが、ご夫婦で丁寧にご経営されている様子で、お部屋も華やかではないのにほっとでき- る清潔なもので、また朝ごはんは、焼きたてでまだ暖かいパン、きゅうりの切り方、卵のゆで方ひとつみても、- 手作りのフルーツポンチなど、どれも本当に丁寧で、私個人としては高級ホテルにも勝る満足度でした。 お勧めしてくださったレストラン、山歩きへの助言も的確でありがたかったです。 父もいつか今度は母と二人でこのホテルに来たい、と夢見ているようです。 Ich habe mit meinem Vater hier 2 Tage uebernachtet. Wir hatten vom Balkon und Fruehstueckraum ein wunderbare Aussicht nach Zugspitze und Alpspitze. Sehr nette Staff, Zimmer war sauber und sehr warme nette Atmosphele und Fruehstueck war.... super toll! Mein Vater war auch sehr zufrieden..jetzt sein Traum ist, irgendwann mal wieder mit meine Mutter (beide wohnen in Japan) in diesem Hotel ein Urlaub machen:)

Grote, lichte kamer met veel hout-versierselen

Weinig professioneel (bij aankomst laat men je lang wachten, contant betalen terwijl booking.com meerdere betaalwijzen aangaf, ontbijt bedienen met baby op de arm, irrelevante opmerkingen). Hotel ligt ongeveer kilometer van het centrum.

Wygodne pokoje. Miła obsługa. Smaczne śniadania. Położenie w cichej okolicy. Piękny widok na Zugspitze I skocznię narciarską.

Die Zimmer sind sehr individuell und liebevoll gestaltet. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, Kaffee hervorragend.
