This family-run hotel in Winterberg offers bright rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi and a daily buffet breakfast. Location is very close to skilift 1. Ski rental is nextdoor. Downtown for dining is 15 min stroll. Breakfast buffet was ok accomodation is slightly outdated.

The Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was also good, not a huge choice but everything you needed before a days Skiing. Great Shower! I must say that it was a little expensive for what it was, but it was a last minute booking and in the high season for Skiing. The room was ok, if not a little cold (single glazed windows).

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende ligging (naast ski verhuur en 150m van de piste). Goed ontbijt (niet zeer uitgebreid, maar wel verse broodjes, eieren, lekker beleg). Goed gegeten 's avonds.Kinderen vonden de bedden heerlijk liggen Alles is wat verouderd.

Ontvangst was goed, snelheid voor het regelen van een vraag, veel informatie, goed ontbijt en diner. Dicht bij de piste, kamer was prima. De bedden waren voor ons te zacht maar dat is persoonlijk.

Sehr gute direkte Lage am Skigebiet. Nur wenige Meter zu Fuß zur nächsten Skipiste. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Design und die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und altmodisch.

-prima locatie tov. skigebied -eigen parkeerplaatsen -dieet bij ontbijt was prima geregeld - meubilair, vloerbedekking etc. sterk verouderd, jaren geleden hier ook gelogeerd: alles hetzelfde gebleven que interieur. - zou alles opfrissen met een gezellig kleurtje verf, andere vloerbedekking en wat vernieuwde tafels en stoelen.

Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt. Binnen 3 minuten op de skies. Meeste hotels in Winterberg zijn verouderd, Zur Sonne ook. Bedden en kussens in slechte conditie.

Personeel was erg klantvriendelijk. Er werd direct actie ondernomen bij een vraag of opmerking. De ligging was uitstekend. Binnen 2 min. Zat je op de piste. Het avondeten was echt perfect. Voldoende keuze. -schimmel in de badkamer (nr) vond ik niet prettig. Slecht voor de gezondheid.

goede matrassen, ruime slaapkamer, lekkere broodjes bij het ontbijt, dichtbij de skiverhuur en pistes. zeer gedateerd, muf ruikende badkamer, toch wel ver lopen van het centrum(15 minuten)

De ligging van het hotel is goed, het personeel is vriendelijk (familiehotel) Het hotel is een beetje vergane glorie, het is gedateerd,tapijt overal sleets, tv met ruis, geen ned. zenders, door bed gezakt , fohn werkte niet , kamer en badkamer niet schoon, voor 370.- 2 overnachtingen is wel een beetje teveel van het goede.

ligging tov de pistes onaangenaam heerschap wat ons te woord stond. Erg onvriendelijk en sjacherijnig. Hij had er niet veel zin in. En dat drie dagen lang! Restaurant zag er gedateerd uit en was vies.

De ligging van Hotel Zur Sonne is uitstekend, loopafstand van skilift. Handig om te weten is dat je eerst nog kleine (rode) helling af moet skien voor je bij lift bent. De ruimte waar je skispullen kwijt kan en schoenen kan aantrekken is redelijk klein.

Top Lokatie, Nederlands gesproken, vriendelijk! Uitgebreid goed ontbijt met vers gebakken eitjes! Leuk, allerlei Nederlandse gezelschapsspellen om te gebruiken. Algemene toiletten waren vies! Onder het bed was niet gezogen, later wel gedaan. Verkeerde advies voor kinderskifasciliteiten. Vloer restaurant niet schoon. Mis een beetje inzicht voor details, tafels niet afnemen, vloeren niet gezogen toiletten vies, trap 2 dagen smerig. Erg gehorig, langs de doorgaande weg.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, wisten zich de vrienden te herinneren die er half januari zijn geweest en ons dit hotel hebben aanbevolen; de kamer was toch al om 12.00 klaar ipv 14.00 uur, zo konden we meteen inchecken. Heerlijke bedden, goed ontbijt, vers gebakken eitje. Ski verhuur ligt op nog geen minuut lopen; weg oversteken (goed opletten, wel druk verkeer) klein stukje lopen en je bent op de piste. En tot slot, wat een heerlijke cappucino serveren ze! Niets!
