prima hotel! Mooie, ruime kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en het restaurant voor lunch en diner is zeer goed. Parkeren onder het hotel. Midden in het centrum, toch rustig. Een echte aanrader!

La atención por el personal de recepción, excepcional. El servicio de habitaciones también excelente. Un hotel muy muy tranquilo y silencioso. Prensa diaria en el lobby de recepción. Te, café, chocolate disponible gratis en la habitación. Sauna y gimnasio en la ultima planta. Wifi gratuita en la habitación también. Prestamo de bicicletas. Habitación espaciosa y acogedora con un baño muy cómodo. La ubicación perfecta: a muy poquitos pasos del centro histórico y de la principal zona de compras, y del parque. Uno de los mejores hoteles, globalmente, en los que hemos estado en nuestra vida de aficionados a viajar... Quizás el precio del desayuno es algo elevado, sobre todo pensando que las opciones de desayunar muy cerca del hotel excelente pastelería por muy pocos euros no son pocas.

Guter Service, netter und freundlicher Empfang, sehr hilfbereit (denn ich hatte irrtümlicherweise für einen Tag früher gebucht ..., bekam aber promt ein Zimmer in der selben Kategorie zum selben Preis. Danke nochmals dafür!). Das Frühstück war außerordenrlich gut und vielfältig. Danke also und wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Zimmer und Service waren sehr gut. Ein paar mehr Hinweisschilder, wie das Hotel mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist, sind zu empfehlen. Es fehlen diese Schilder, wenn man schon im Stadtzentrum sich befindet. Der Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu hoch.

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal im Holiday In in Zwickau, und werden im Sommer auch wieder dort wohnen. Schon der Empfang ist so herzlich, wir haben immer das Gefühl wir kommen nach Hause. Bei unserem zweiten Besuch im Hotel kannten die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption uns schon. Auch den Wünschen für ein Zimmer in "Bestimmter" Lage wird so weit als möglich Rechnung getragen. Auch das es direkte Nichtraucher Zimmer, gibt ist sehr angenehm. Wir waren im Januar 2012 1 Woche im Hotel und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

vielleicht könnte es für die gäste in den schmucken zimmern etwas ruhiger sein,wenn die zimmertüren eine schallschutzdichtung unten hätten.sonst war alles wirklich sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Zwickau wieder hier wohnen. Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer. Leider war es durch die außen liegende Plasterstraße früh morgens schon sehr laut, trotz der sicher guten Fenster.
