Convenient location and excellent buffet breakfast

Location is superb in the heart of the city. The room (5th floor) was spatious and had a little balcony.

Good selection of food at breakfast. Good location for rail links and restaurants.

The room was a strange shape - long and so both single beds were lengthwise along one wall causing the bedroom door to bang into one of the beds when you entered.

Near the train central station of Copenhagen and food centers. Room and cloth are clean and well kept.

Within the red light area of Copenhagen, porn shop and strip tease bars, not recommended for family travelers.

The staff was outstanding! Very helpful and willing to answer questions.

Rooms were small, but clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent being just a short walk from the station. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was of good quality. Our room faced into the courtyard and consequently was quiet.

We needed to go up some stairs to access our room. For people with limited strength taking suitcases to the room could have been difficult.

Great Location

Make sure you request a non smoking room. I didn't, and was put into the smoking section. Rooms smell horrible in this section!!!

The reception area was nice.

The room was extremely small, with almost no outlets and sparsely decorated. There were only 3 hangers in the closet. Compared to other 3* hotels, this is more like a 1* hotel, in my opinion. Coupled with the relatively high price for a room (almost 200$, which is what you would pay for a true 4 1/2* in North America), I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the train station. We were 3 adults, so the price was satisfying. The room was nice, had a big bathroom. The stuff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a big variet

The location was fantastic as it was less than a 5 minute walk from Central Station. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. (Mia was a joy!) We also enjoyed the breakfast which had freshly cut breads and cheeses, meats, cereals, and fruit. It was a delicious spread! We walked to all of the sites and would definitely stay here again.

The shower water intermittently went from hot to cold.

Its central location. And ability for my 82 year old mother to access the shops, the resturants and Tivoli Gardens.

Noise from corridor. Water from the Shower went from hot to cold to hot to cold. We had to request coffee and mugs twice.

it is quite clean in the room and nice quality of breakfast, but no fruit is a pity. The location is very close to the central station.

it is along the street, lots of noise from cars and people yielding on the street which disturb the sleep
