I enjoyed the large, 2 bedroom suite for my family. The hotel, although out of central Copenhagen, was an easy and enjoyable walk in. The breakfasts in the restaurant were excellent. |

The hotel achieves its objectives of providing a home away from home. The hotel room/apartment is stylishly designed, and very comfortable. The apartment has its own kitchen and all cooking utensils which allow us to prepare our own food if we can;t think of anywhere else to eat! Perhaps it is a bit of a walk from the train station... but if one likes to be away from hustle and bustle of city centre, then should be ok |

I liked that it was set up like an apartment. Two bathrooms, laundary, and a kitchen was a luxury. It had all of the advantages of an apartment and the advantages of room service. Not all of our telephones were plugged in so it made for some confusion when the phone rang. |

I found the staff particularly friendly and helpful - not easy to find in a city location. Price of the carparking ........but still glad you had it available. |

I liked the spaciousness of the apartment. I would not stay there again due to the location of the hotel and the expense of transportation to and from the hotel to tourist attractions. |

Having the pool was the only thing enjoyable There were no bath ropes or guest slippers and lack of selection of food. The pool area was also small and nothing special for a four star hotel. |

The space, utilities, and location were ideal for us. Internet should either be included in the price of the apartment or offered much more cheaply than it is now. Free internet draws customers; expensive internet repels them and creates an adverse impression. |

Furnishing and technical equipment of the appartement Cleanliness of the appartement, reserved friendliness of staff, the way to the city center by foot is quite long and follows a busy road |

Hotel staff was friendly but not always very professional. Often they could not answer questions about hotel facilities or the city, all seemed young and rather untrained. Most did not even speak Danish. Also, there was noise from adjacent train tracks and a constant buzzing noise from inside the walls or the roof (we were on top floor) - which kept us awake at nigh. |

Good base for exploring Copenhagen. Slightly out of the centre, but within short walking distance of the cruise liner terminal and 'Little Mermaid'. Convenient transport to town centre on 26 bus, S-train or water bus. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Netto supermarket in same block (open 7 days). |
