Quality of the furniture - excellent. Breakfasts were also very good. Ambience - very good. Nice welcome in the foyer. Would have been nice to have had a bath. Also some of the wiring was a little dated & possibly dangerous - trailling wires, etc |

I arrived two hours before the scheduled check in time but my room was already ready for me. It was excellent value for money, especially with the breakfast included. There are internet facilities in the hotel reception that I was able to use free of charge.I have been to Copenhagen many times but this is easily the best hotel I have stayed in in terms of location and value for money. |

We were upgraded to a design room which made our stay amazing! I loved this hotel! It is a bit difficult to unload your luggage because it is on a busy street. |

It's centrally located. Staff is generally very helpful. My room was very small, and the bed uncomfortable and squeaky. The concept is that it is a "design" hotel, but this should mean that the basics are in order (i.e. decent size rooms, basic comfort), and this was not the case, in my experience. I found the restaurant poor in quality and very expensive. In general, I thought the hotel was overpriced. |

We requested a quiet room to sleep a little when we arrived to help get over jet lag. The room was excellent. |

Breakfast was excellent! Location is great! Noisy rooms (street noise). No air conditioning. Only one child chair in the breakfast room (advertised as family hotel...). |

The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful offering tips and advice on tourist attractions and venues when asked. All spoke excellant English. The main road can be noisy if you have to open the window (no air-con) when the weather is hot. |

Comfortable pleasant hotel we would stay again . Staff consistently pleasant and helpful. Only issue Danish prices are high which makes a stay expensive. |

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and helped us with an additional booking for a later date. We had lots of rain and their supply of complimentary umbrellas was very good. Excellent breakfast. The street noise, especially on the weekends in the room facing HC Anderson, kept us awake on the Saturday night. A side street room was quieter and pleasant. |

Wooden floors in the room instead of a carpet We never saw the promised retro design of the rooms;quite noisy during night time due to the adjacent central street. Double glazed windows could be installed without sacrificing the traditional view of the hotel building. |

We liked our spacious double room and a big bathroom, a nice idea of saving money by not having our room cleaned every day (you spend a voucher of 100 krones in the restaurant then) - it's an environmental hotel. Very good breakfast, nice bread, waffles, pastry, fruit and salads. Free internet at the reception desk. The other single room had a very small washbasin so the person splashed all the floor while washing her face. The other bed in the single room not important cause additional space in the room is lost this way. |
