Very convenient location 200 metres from Copenhaguen Central railway station. Good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Wine happy hour from 5 to 6 pm (complimentary glass of wine). Very big and peculiar public swimming pool in the neighbourhood.
Lovely design hotel with ample breakfast and lots of nice touches Friendly helpful staff Wine hour - great opportunity to meet other guests Upgraded rooms were nice and spacious but others commented on how small their rooms were !
Bed like a trampoline Only one glass of wine at wine hour !
The location was great, a short hop from Tivoli and town hall plus loads of restaurants and bars, especially the meatpacking district which is very cool. Breakfast buffet was high on quality and quantity and was still being replenished right up to 11 on weekends. Hotel had nice atmosphere and the complimentary wine hour was a nice touch.
Rooms were attractive but not the biggest (and ours was a superior double). Shower was over bath rather than a cubicle.
+ Friendly staff + Good location with lots of restaurants around + breakfast with fresh fruits
- beds are too soft
Great room size and furnishings in a terrific location. Front desk staff very warm and helpful ... Walking distance to everything including great restaurants.
The vibrant colours are cool - but maybe not restful?
A very comfortable, stylish hotel just a short walk from the central station.
The staff is always forthcoming and helpful. Rooms are nice, albeit small.
Desk is too high - chair too low. Not very convenient for working. Would be nice if chairs were adjustable.
Value for money, friendly staff, superb location, unique room designs - basic amenities were all provided in a cozy space. Breakfast was delicious too, 100% organic!
Beautiful decorated room. Nice ecological toiletries included. Great location nearby the railway station. Very tasty purely natural and ecological breakfast! Friendly staff.
The room was a bit small, in particular the shower.
Free wine service Modern design
family feel--personal attention --super breakfast--quiet--great welcome--complimentary glass of wine each evening --excellent eating out in walking distance egCOFOCO and MOTHER
liked the interior, the friendly staff, the clean and comfortable room, extra toiletries upon request, breakfast all at a very reasonable price
neighbourhood can feel a bit weird in the evening, but still only 2 minutes from central station
Good location, fancy room, big bathroom
Very good hotel, almost everything was great - notably breakfast, wine hour and the staff. Really easy to get to from the Central Station.
The BIG negative was that the bed in our 'double room' was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single sheets and duvets too! They kept sliding apart and making a big gap down the middle - very uncomfortable. The location was very seedy but didn't feel unsafe.
The hotel is close to the train central station, but also walking distance from main attractions and restaurants.
The room was small and we had no view. There's no telephone in the room to contact the hotel's reception.
Décor and design. Friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming lounge area with free wine hour each day plus coffee and pastries. Very clean and quiet.
Room was small and not worth extra money just to overlook courtyard. Bed is not comfortable. Late at night the area surrounding the hotel may be a bit off-putting to some.
Nice room, good breakfast, pleasant staff
Disappointed that we didn't get Molton Brown toiletries!
Central location, reasonable pricing, small, but functional room
The service was good and they went the extra mile
Tasteful modern room design, family feeling, nice breakfast and interestingly not the usual standards (e.g bacon and eggs) but instead herring, wholewheat bread etc., friendly staff
Standard room is very small as is te bed. price was high but that's copenhagen, slightly dodgy area behind hotel. Some small things in room in disrepair (eg radiator fixation)
Location Atmosphere Personnel Breakfast Happy Hour Room
Booking.com did not tell hotel we were 4 persons (including two children). So they had to improvise, which they did well.
The staff was fantastic - always cheerful and helpful no matter what. The breakfast was hearty, and the wine hour every evening was most appreciated to warm up on cold December days. The hotel was very conveniently located to the central station, shopping, restaurants, and Tivoli Gardens. Wifi was excellent. The decor was modern and fun.
There were areas near the hotel that seemed a little sketchy, especially after dark. Nothing bad ever happened, but as a single woman I did not always feel safe walking back to the hotel in the evening.
Great Hotel great location!!! Thanks for everything! Great treatment for honeymooners!!!
Quiet, friendly staff, updated rooms, wine hour in lobby
Breakfast could be improved upon
