good quality and friendly staff
No kettle or tea making facilities in room
We spent 2 nights at this hotel. Staff was really helpful and would recommend. The hotel gives little treats like the wine hour some fruit and water. We thought was a very nice gesture.
The staff were warm, very helpful and happy. Lovely breakfast choice. Nice areas to relax in and the daily happy hour was a nice and friendly touch. Handy location and safe.
Bed a bit soft
Nice friendly atmosphere.
Rooms are really tiny.
Friendly and helpful personnel, clean rooms with very nice furniture and bathrooms (all brand new), nice breakfast.
Location is near adult clubs which is not appropriate for small children to see (we are Americans so perhaps we have different expectations on these things!). WiFi connection was very slow, especially in the evenings
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Happy hour with wine. Room was very comfortable and modern and location of hotel was very good.
The breakfast buffet was superb. There were many choices, items were replenished quickly and staff were very attentive. Hotel was very stylish and well designed, both rooms and breakfast room. Walking distance to the train station.
You need really deep pockets to stay here. Our room was too small and overlooked the street which is extremely noisy (we had requested a quiet room).
Lovely corner quiet room excellent cleanliness great happy hour made up for lack of bar. Flexible and helpful staff, good range of breakfast choices nice artwork!
Lack of formal bar area made better by generous free wine tasting hour; very welcoming and would stay again.
Breakfast was fantastic and they have a Happy Hour from 5pm to 6pm offering complementary wine.
Check-in is a bit late at 3pm. Most other places was at 2pm. Note this if arriving early.
Great room with natural light. Very comfortable and stylish. A charming hotel. The staff was fantastic and our overall experience was wonderful.
The wi-fi was not great. Sometimes good, sometimes poor, and finicky. It can get loud at night.
location, breakfast, modern finishes, hot water for shower, comfy bed
no airconditioning only fan
The staff were really friendly and the location is great. The room was very nicely decorated and luxurious.
The room I had was on the road side and was very noisy, there were people on the street outside and I got woken up several times throughout the night.
Good breakfast. Wine reception every afternnon. Friendly staff. Upgraded room was good size, though sink was tiny and needed to be tall to reach towels. Close to train station and tivoli gardens.
Internet did not work in room. Had to go to lobby for internet Neighborhood was sketchy. But close to train station and tivoli gardens. No help with luggage.
Friendly staff and excellent breakfast
It was warm when we stayed in July and there is no air conditioning. The street and courtyard is very noisy if the window is opened. Rooms very small.
The hotel is quite nicely located (near the central station) and the nearby area is up and coming - possibly with a little more night activity that one might like. The rooms are cozy, have a good vibe and plenty of light. The breakfast is decent in every respect and the afternoon wine a nice touch. We particularly enjoyed the patio (the weather was good) and it is very convenient that the hotel rents bikes. The "think green" motive of using the stairs instead of the elevator with the water, biscuits etc was clever and fun! Ah and the molton brown bath items were greatly enjoyed. Last but not at all least: the staff was very helpful and made us feel very welcomed.
the treats on each floor for taking the stairs, design rooms, snaps at breakfast table, breakfast buffet, staff, location
quite a lot of noise from the street
Could be a slightly bigger room
Can't fault anything about the hotel. The staff were all helpful and professional. The location was great. The rooms were clean and well service. The breakfast was enjoyable. Bike hire from the hotel was better value than the shop round the corner.
Thank you for the platter of fruit to welcome us. Great choice for breakfast. Loved Happy Hour at end of day. All staff made us feel "special" and very welcome.
Liked everything. Woken by drilling noise at 5.30 one morning Council workers, but were able to be moved to a quieter room with no fuss.
I loved the compactness of the room, it was great arranged and had everything one needs.
In the summertime be sure to get a room faced to the backyard as the streets are too loud and it is too hot to close the windows.
Noise at night (courtyard side) !!! Size of the room
Hotel was lovely. Room was not huge but comfortable and the designer's guild theme looked good. Shower was more like a wet room but there was a squeegee to wipe the floor and it dried very quickly. Staff were all very pleasant. Must give a special mention to the youthful looking Sean - even walked us to a restaurant.
It's not their fault that there was a heat wave. With that said, it was hot and there was noise early (630) in the morning. I had a couryard room on the 4th floor and it woke us up every morning. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel.
Breakfast, location, design
Rooms were nice, with good room size, facility and toilet Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile on tips to maximize our visit to Copenhagen, helpful restaurant recommendations and trip bookings Breakfast is very nice with good options for vegetarians
Location: The hotel is located in a back alley of the central railway station, with strange characters moving around, specially in the evenings. Its not unsafe at all, just queasy Air conditioning: It was 27 degrees C when we landed, and the hotel didn't have air conditioning. Hotel provided us only with a table fan, which was in effective in keeping the room cool
