Lage des Hotels , Charme eines Hauses aus dem 19.Jhr.hundert , Fruehstueck-Buffet

Extrem laut in den Zimmern zur Strassenseite (ich hatte diese Info aus dem Internet,bekam jedoch kein anderes) bedingt durch uralte Fensterverglasung und wie in vergleichbaren Hotels keine Doppelfenster

Die Zimmer sind primitiv eingerichtet wie z.B. IBIS, nur IBIS ist billiger.

frühstuck war sehr gut

nur tv komand war nicht im zimmer und bett wäsche war nicht sauber und das war so aufgefallen dass ganze war von letzte gast

die Lage war sehr gut.

In drei Tagen war es nicht möglich den Fernseher zu flicken oder auszuwechseln! Fragen wurden unfreundlich und sogar falsch beantwortet! Es herrscht Massenabvertigung in diesem Hotel.

The location is excellent, breakfast was ok.

To get to the check-in you have to go up a couple of stairs, not a problem, but it becomes annoying when you have to then leave out the main door, and go into another house where your room is. There you find a small elevator, where you go up to your floor, and then out to the fresh Copenhagen air, walk for 300 meters outside in the rain to get to your room. Major disadvantge is that there is no tv in the room where the bed is, I like to watch tv in bed when I am travelling alone on business. Few English tv stations. The staff was typically Danish, not friendly, but polite. Room was cold!

Great breakfast

Altough there are signs for a restaurant in the hotel and menus in the rooms, there is no restaurant! I got told the hotel hasn't got a restaurant, because there are many just around... This is true, but please, remove the signs and the menus.

We stayed in the apartments for five people. We had a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed which was perfect as there were three of us staying there. Much more spacious than a hotel room. Well located just a stroll from the Tivoli Gardens and around the corner from the Wheel of Copenhagen. Breakfast had everything you would expect from a 4-Star Hotel. Particularly liked the balconies on both sides of the apartment.

Lifts are a bit poky but you can live with that.

The location was very good and the room was a decent size too.

I certainly wouldn't class it as a 4 star hotel. The lobby was impressive, but the rest of the hotel could do with refurbishing, it was really rather tatty.

It's very close to arrive from Kastrup airport by train, and you can just walk anywere from here!
