Very central location and reasonably priced Allocated one of the sixth floor apartments in the adjoining building with long trek outdoor access via boardwalk / balcony. Great view at night but does not feel you are in the hotel proper and the apartment decor was very basic. |

It was a very bad experience. The guy who took care of us told us,that the room were going to be ready until 3:00 pm, he said that he can keep our luggage but at our own risk, in a romm they have for that reazon. We came back at 3:30 pm and the lady couldn,t find my reservation, because she said it was in another name, igave her the print of my reservation under my name and she said, that it was in other name. So finaly we wen to the room about 4:30.the next day,the 23 of june at 7:00 am we try to eat breakfast an the lady said that we don,t have that included, and said that we have to pay, because our payment by internet, wasen´t been charged, so I gave her my credit card, because the other lady didn,t askfor it when we took our rooms. So I asked for the receipt and she said, she was going to send it to me, and she trhow a paper and told me in very bad manners to write my addres. I asked again for the receipt and she said, tha it is the only way, and a guy who was installing the new system was very polite and he ask us for our excusses. The lady who didn´t want to give us her name, was very tohug. |

Location is perfect The rooms in the front make it impossible to sleep. You hear everthing from the street outside (even 3 stories up), along with poor curtains which means it's very light. |

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is situated in the perfect place in Copenhagen, close to the city square where you can find tours, buses and restaurants, close to the Stroget Street shopping and Trivoli, and yet quiet and very clean. We also used the free computers to email. |

Staying here is always satisfying -- never any unpleasant surprises. I booked a simple single but was given a large apartment. WiFi is free and worked very well. Breakfast buffet has plenty of selections, and make-it-yourself orange juice. Shower water is the hottest I've ever had anywhere. Shower pressure/flow was a bit too low. |

This was once place in Denmark that did not insist on speaking Danish ! Your front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and English-speaking.Your breakfast spread is wonderful ! I recommend Ascot to businessmen making a stopover at Copenhagen. Yes. Besides the regular TV channels, you should add a free BBC news channel to balance the English content. Not only CNN ! |

Beautiful building, really nice rooms, rich breakfast. Central location, only a few meters away from central station, top sights and museum, restaurants and nightclubs. Ascot hotel recommends 3 restaurants (italian, spanish, australian) that are located next to the hotel and there is also possibility to order food from your room (charged as roomservice). Cleaning of the rooms during stay. |

The fitness is the most horrible I have seen... in the basement... barely no light, old machines... almost scary to be there alone! |

Friendly staff, free internet, spacious room. Location couldn't be better. Small double bed for two friends wasn't good. Sheets were horrible. Shower curtain would be a nice idea. |
