Great breakfast Altough there are signs for a restaurant in the hotel and menus in the rooms, there is no restaurant! I got told the hotel hasn't got a restaurant, because there are many just around... This is true, but please, remove the signs and the menus. |

We stayed in the apartments for five people. We had a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed which was perfect as there were three of us staying there. Much more spacious than a hotel room. Well located just a stroll from the Tivoli Gardens and around the corner from the Wheel of Copenhagen. Breakfast had everything you would expect from a 4-Star Hotel. Particularly liked the balconies on both sides of the apartment. Lifts are a bit poky but you can live with that. |

Great location and brilliant breakfast. Lovely room. though we were the near the lift and could hear everyone coming in and out. Also the windows are not double glazed and being on the 1st floor could hear everyone outside on fri & sat night. We were the near the lift and could hear everyone coming in and out. The location was very good and the room was a decent size too. I certainly wouldn't class it as a 4 star hotel. The lobby was impressive, but the rest of the hotel could do with refurbishing, it was really rather tatty. |

Very close to the Central train station behind the giant ferris wheel. It had a lot of character but it is a little worn. it's also located next door to a strip club. |

The hotel is walking distance from the Central Station (airport rail link), Tivoli gardens and the major shopping area. There are a number of nice restaurants and bars nearby. We were upgraded to a large suite with on the top floor of the annex and the accommodation was wonderful. Breakfast was very good - a buffet in a large, elegant dining room. |

Location was the number one advantage of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was only average for a 4 star hotel. No fresh fruit (except oj) was a real disadvantage. |

Close proximity to main square No A/C. Did not have correct room when checked in. They only had us in a double when we signed up with triple. Had to argue to get the room corrected and even then it was not a true triple till I came back down and said it was unacceptable then magically they found a triple. All as I can say is confirm what you are getting before you travel to this hotel. |

Very central location and reasonably priced Allocated one of the sixth floor apartments in the adjoining building with long trek outdoor access via boardwalk / balcony. Great view at night but does not feel you are in the hotel proper and the apartment decor was very basic. |

It was a very bad experience. The guy who took care of us told us,that the room were going to be ready until 3:00 pm, he said that he can keep our luggage but at our own risk, in a romm they have for that reazon. We came back at 3:30 pm and the lady couldn,t find my reservation, because she said it was in another name, igave her the print of my reservation under my name and she said, that it was in other name. So finaly we wen to the room about 4:30.the next day,the 23 of june at 7:00 am we try to eat breakfast an the lady said that we don,t have that included, and said that we have to pay, because our payment by internet, wasen´t been charged, so I gave her my credit card, because the other lady didn,t askfor it when we took our rooms. So I asked for the receipt and she said, she was going to send it to me, and she trhow a paper and told me in very bad manners to write my addres. I asked again for the receipt and she said, tha it is the only way, and a guy who was installing the new system was very polite and he ask us for our excusses. The lady who didn´t want to give us her name, was very tohug. |

Location is perfect The rooms in the front make it impossible to sleep. You hear everthing from the street outside (even 3 stories up), along with poor curtains which means it's very light. |
