Location of hotel very good. Breakfast very good, lots of choice of fresh bread, pastries, cheese and fruit. Room small but very clean and comfortable.

The bath leaked all water out on to the bath floor. Nobody fixed the issue, even when i complained!

The breakfast was very good. The building is interesting.

The relation price/quality is bad. For the price and for a 4 star hotel I expected a much better hotel. The bed isn't confortable at all. The bathroom is bad or at least anything similar to the pictures. I gave my credit card number as a security (normal) however when I arrive in the hotel I had to pay an extra 300dkk/night (I had to pay in cash because I didn't have the credit card).

we were lent an electric water jug without hassles and it was delivered to our room before our return.

Good location.

This hotel is no wear near a 4 star hotel! It's more of a 2 star. The roomes are very dirty, the cleaning is not good at all! When I arrived at my room the bathroom was not cleaned after the previous person so if you like dirt and funky smells then this is the hotel for you!

Friendly staff. I like all from the comfortable room (4-th floor) with good noise insulation to the cosy bar. Copious breakfast too.

he internet did not function in the rooms although it was promised. parking for large car (SUB) a little narrow.

Even though we had only booked a small double, the room was very spacious. Very secure. Bathroom looked of high quality.

No kettle for tea and coffee. Massive rip in one of the curtain. Shower leaked when using it. Interconnecting doors allowed noise from neighbours to travel easily.

It is central and right next to tivoli. Surprisingly quiet for being a hotel in the city.

No WIFI in the rooms as adertised Breakfast appalingly bad: scrambled eggs without salt, and outright horrible in texture, only warm dish on the buffet is some sausages. SKIP breakfast at this hotel. There is a charge when paying with a creditcard approx. 1,75% tourist bewre! The Hotel accept EUR, but will offer a rate 25% lower than Forex BEWARE! old cheap tourist trick number 1! I would never have expected at 4 star hotel to do this! No coffee or tea in hotel room, bad a 4 star hotel! Day 1 I left a coffee mug in our room, it stayed with us all 5 days we spent there, cleaning is somewhat to be desired. Ventilation in the bathroom was poor leavning the room with a slightly rotten smell, and a floor which never really tended to get dry. For some reason we had 16 degrees in the room, this is far too cold for comfort and not fitting a 4 star hotel. Staff: nice and helpful provided 2 things are met: 1 your problem will need 0 effort to be fixed, and 2 your problem cost nothing to be fixed! best tip, find another hotel in copenhagen!

This isn't a four star hotel; I would say it is somewhere in between two and three stars. That's why it is so sad that the prices were so high and the staff so unfriendly. I would never stay there again.
