The location is excellent, breakfast was ok. To get to the check-in you have to go up a couple of stairs, not a problem, but it becomes annoying when you have to then leave out the main door, and go into another house where your room is. There you find a small elevator, where you go up to your floor, and then out to the fresh Copenhagen air, walk for 300 meters outside in the rain to get to your room. Major disadvantge is that there is no tv in the room where the bed is, I like to watch tv in bed when I am travelling alone on business. Few English tv stations. The staff was typically Danish, not friendly, but polite. Room was cold! |

Good sized room with adequate space. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurts and choice of breads. Staff could look as if they enjoy working there a bit more - seemed to be a bit of an effort to be nice to residents. |

Nice hotel, but a bit worn around the edges -- old carpets. Nice flat-screen TVs, but not easy to change the channel (not that you're in Copenhagen to watch TV). Short stay, I didn't check out the Spa or other amenities. |

Great breakfast Altough there are signs for a restaurant in the hotel and menus in the rooms, there is no restaurant! I got told the hotel hasn't got a restaurant, because there are many just around... This is true, but please, remove the signs and the menus. |

We stayed in the apartments for five people. We had a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed which was perfect as there were three of us staying there. Much more spacious than a hotel room. Well located just a stroll from the Tivoli Gardens and around the corner from the Wheel of Copenhagen. Breakfast had everything you would expect from a 4-Star Hotel. Particularly liked the balconies on both sides of the apartment. Lifts are a bit poky but you can live with that. |

Great location and brilliant breakfast. Lovely room. though we were the near the lift and could hear everyone coming in and out. Also the windows are not double glazed and being on the 1st floor could hear everyone outside on fri & sat night. We were the near the lift and could hear everyone coming in and out. The location was very good and the room was a decent size too. I certainly wouldn't class it as a 4 star hotel. The lobby was impressive, but the rest of the hotel could do with refurbishing, it was really rather tatty. |

Very close to the Central train station behind the giant ferris wheel. It had a lot of character but it is a little worn. it's also located next door to a strip club. |

The hotel is walking distance from the Central Station (airport rail link), Tivoli gardens and the major shopping area. There are a number of nice restaurants and bars nearby. We were upgraded to a large suite with on the top floor of the annex and the accommodation was wonderful. Breakfast was very good - a buffet in a large, elegant dining room. |

Location was the number one advantage of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was only average for a 4 star hotel. No fresh fruit (except oj) was a real disadvantage. |

Good central location, perfect for Tivoi. Upgraded to penthouse but to be honest I prefer the regular rooms. |
